Anyone have a favourite weird drink? Something usually not available?

I "got into" Drambuie floater coffee in the 70s. its a coffee with a measure of the liqueur Drambuie in and cream floating on top, we have some every Christmas, it makes a nice after dinner drink. The trick is to get the cream to float on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon, then it floats instead of mixing in with the coffee.

Seen as beer is quite dark and toffee can be the opposite, i'm not sure it would go together.

We had a day out at Buxton today and decided to have lunch in the Wetherspoons there, they have a good range of real ale on hand pumps, I washed my burger down with a pint of Two Birds, because the drink was included in the meal deal Mrs. H. had a pint as well (it's not often she drinks pints, normally halves) she got a bit squiffy as it was quite strong, lol.

She had a Mexican vegetarian burger which had pieces of chilly pepper in it, she bit into one and I swear there was steam coming out of her ears, she was gasping for breath it was that hot.

We have our groceries delivered by Tesco on a Tuesday morning.and of course when ordering I always scan the beers. One brand aroused my curiosity a while back but I was put off by the name. However ,due to this thread ,I decided to sample a bottle. So tonight(Tuesday), as The Rams kicked off  on the radio, at home I opened a bottle of Well's and Young's Banana Bread Beer. The bread part of the name comes about because ale was once known as 'liquid bread' It's quite strong ,at 5'2% and not unpleasant if you like bananas but .I don't think I'll be ordering any more.I prefer beer to taste like beer and I've still got a banana taste in my mouth.

A great win for Derby. When I saw the score I immediately thought of you @super_ram.
