Should this be allowed?

Given the just and correct public outcry with regards to Ched Evans and his crime what would be your reaction to a parent of a professional footballer who had committed the very same crime of Rape against a minor attending football games?

Well if you are suggesting should he be allowed to attend games? No, he should be banned but it would not have any effect over the professional player.

Despite some fans most likely abusing him for actions beyond his control.

I'm not suggesting that the pro in question had anything to do with it nor should it reflect on him in anyway just wondered what people would think of itΒ

did this really happen? if so the parent should not be allowed near a football club (banned from watching) imo.

Β

Oh it happened alright.

Given the arena in which his son plies his trade I think that any club should be made aware of any players parents / close relatives that are on the sex offenders register on the basis that no club would surely welcome this type of person into their stadia

Did this happen awhile back? I assume the player is of a high profile too. I don't think his father should be allowed remotely near football but people will argue it's not his job (so how can you ban them).

Yeah, the player is relatively well heard of, the point for me though is that although absolutely nothing to do with his son surely he should have to disclose this as if it got out the club in question would be dragged through the pressΒ
