It's all very sad, this kind of thing happens too frequently in football for me and it shouldn't.

This is very worrying as a football fan. While I would be happy for anyone else to fill the relegation spots, Orient are clearly in dire straits. Actually, their predicament (absentee owner who loses interest and stops paying tax) will sound familiar to most of us.

If Orient fans have to form a phoenix club and lose Brisbane Road then they've had it. Finding a ground in London is notoriously difficult and expensive, Wimbledon have been playing outside their home borough for 30 years. So I hope they find a way out of their difficulties and have a good season in the Conference.
