Here's the preview of the shirt I shared on Facebook.

999023_10152513564165961_1511631166_n.jp

When we dropped Nike, I was concerned that we was moving to Fila. Mainly because I consider Nike to be of good quality and it's a brand I really like, it's also one which is popular. I'm not really fussed about brands, if they're quality items that's all that matters to me but I was concerned also about how Fila brand their products.

The first season's shirt I really disliked the stitching and the badge, I also wasn't keen on the position of the Fila labels.

They've actually grown on me a lot and last years was much nicer + better stitching. For anyone who wonders why I'm going on about stitching @GrannyPie is an expert at this and she drummed it into me to look/watch out for 'good' stitching, so I'm a little fussy.

Personally the teaser looks nice, the bad is shinny and looks nice. Previously I felt they bordered tacky, especially the first season which just looked dreadful to me.

I'm picky I know ;)

What does the star symbolise? FA Cup winners?

For winning the F.A Cup :)

There's no way on earth that those stripes can be really thin, unless it happens more so in the middle. A little concern from some fans, who don't want us to have a barcoded shirt. Fingers crossed it will sell well and we can get our hands on it very shortly, if it takes any longer we will lose major sales and Notts should seek a better guarantee from Fila in the future over stock deliveries.

When I worked from home I machined several different football shirts-Man Utd,Leicester City,Port Vale,Glasgow Rangers,Partick Thistle,Inverness Caledonja Thistle,Ayr United and England.Super was very annoyed when I had a certain red shirt and kept on saying he was going to burn them in the garden.I did have some Notts shirts too, though, which were a rush order, and Super was disappointed that he didn't see them.

Shared by @jurgenpie on Facebook.

This is our shirt if we can take any truth from the Football League website. They have a page regarding Sky Bet taking over the broadcasting partnership.

This page can be viewed here, pretty interesting.

Hmmm, that's an interesting design, i'm not sure whether i like it or not, it reminds me of the famous bar code shirt from some years ago, I can see Andy Legg in his now.

I see what you mean.

It also looks like the one we had 4/5 season ago, the one Butch last worn if my memory doesn't fail me. I like it, I do not see the fuss about it. I do agree with Joe's original comments about the badge, quite poor originally.

At first I assumed the star might be to symbolise the FA Cup,  but I now think it might be to symbolise us being one of the 12 founder members of the football league as Preston North End and Bolton Wanderers - who are both members of this group, also have stars above and below the badges on their new kits. I dont know if that is deffinatly what its for, but I think there's more chance of that being the reason than the FA Cup to be honest.

As long as we win in it, I dont generally care what the kit looks like as long as it isn't red :ermm: although I'm not too keen on the bar code style stripes. Maybe it'll grow on me, the club enjoyed some happy times wearing stripes similar to that in the early 90s.

Speaking of new kits, I hear Derby County's new away kit for this coming season is red! Any truth in that @super_ram? Wouldnt be a popular seller if true I wouldnt imagine!

The official colour is maroon,Weymouth ,and yes, it is rather controversial.I don't particularly like the home kit but the away kit is awful.I wonder what strip they 'll wear at the Sh***y Ground?

@notts-joe I wouldn't be surprised if you got Ava one on tues and brought it back for her birthday as its the same day

It doesn't look as bad as people were thinking it would. The preview in the mag looked nice. I would have to see it in person to decide properly though.

There's an article about the new kit on the website now and some proper pictures with Notts players modelling it. I must say it doesn't look half bad, I am beginning to warm to it.

I had some concerns over the sky image, it made the stripes appear closer and I didn't like that. I thought the actual kit wouldn't be that bad, It's not. I personally like it and I will use my voucher to buy one (not forgetting the little one's).

Quite smart and @erindoors did a great job.

I like it!

I hope to get mine tomorrow, I'm not sure if I can make the early sales because I have plans. It might be a case of purchasing before the friendly, those red fans I will be around will no doubt be envious of my lovely new shirt.

Can see the likes of Sir Charlie Palmer and big Devon White wearing that shirt! certainly rolls back the years. To be honest I'm 50/50 on it but knowing me it'll grow on me. I'll still buy it, I get the home shirt every season

Not as many as I thought, hopefully we'll start to see them picking up. Really nice shirts!

Some will no doubt be saving, which will make it all the more worthwhile. I was on a mission for a friend, I was getting his new shirt signed for a family relative (cousin) and hopefully this will make him a pie for life. People in my childhood from Notts was nice to me, so it's nice to repay it by doing the same. Notts fans have a good nature :)

I'm rambling but I think we'll see more.
