Another newbie here! Found my way here cos the Mad board appears to have died (is it just me?)

Notts fan since 1977. Notts mailing list lurker since the mid 90s. Once known as ArnoldPie on Rivals and Mad and more recently as ManchesterMagpie on the latter. Don't get to as many games as I used to (combination of geography - i live in Lymm, cheshire + match day costs + can't be arsedness to be honest!) I am however optimistic for the future of the club and believe it's in good hands.

Hi LymmPie, welcome to Pride of Nottingham.

Very glad to see another new member - What we call here a 'newpie', although I'm sure supporting wise this isn't the case. I hope you find the site and forum to be pleasing, we look forward to seeing new members taking part. Hope to see you around :)

Thanks for taking the time tell us about yourself, YP!

PS. Was your avatar on MAD a former player from either 70/80's? I might be mistaken but I recall your Nickname.

hello, welcome to pon :)

very glad to see you have made your way over to us and i hope also enjoy it here. we are pretty small but very friendly, i dont know about joe but i hope each day someone will come and say hello. very pleased you have! sorry about my grammer, i use my mobile.Β see you around LymmPie

Cheers guys. Yeah my Mad avatar is Iain McCulloch - early 80s legend of the Lane.

I surprise myself sometimes! Your perfectly welcome. :)

If you need any help with your display picture/avatar here, please let me know. I would gladly help you - If required.

Hello @LymmPie :waving:

Sorry I'm a bit late welcoming you to our friendly community, thanks very much for taking the time to introduce yourself, I am a bit of lurker on the mailling list too, I've been on it for years but only occasionally post, I gave up on Mad quite some time ago. I hope you stick around and enjoy this site, @notts-joe has put a lot of work into making it a friendly and welcoming place to be.
