I'm not sure he could state that he got shafted over the England position, in truth he shouldn't have done shading business deals. The England job was supposed to be his 'dream' position and he moaned frequently that he would always be overlooked by the 'big' clubs and ultimately this was his downfall. I don't think he should be in management now personally either.

 

No denying he's shown he can cut it in the managerial world, but yeah, I can't help but feel the whole England sting thing was just the tip of the iceberg...

Still leaves me bitter the way he left us. We all knew he was poached, some fans tried to defend him back in the day, but I didn't. As far as I'm concerned the way he left the club was a disgrace.

hes okay as a manager but when you do something like he did wit england, bans should be given.
