Arrogance and stubborness

I like both Alan Hardy and Kevin Nolan.

Alan Hardy doesn't have a very good attitude when it comes to his Twitter presence, he's starting to remind me of Aileen Trew in personally opinion and how she liked to pick things up and use it for her own agenda. Of course this is my own personal opinion but I do think Hardy has the clubs interest at heart.

The way he quotes tweets without reading them and rambles about what he thinks, 70% seems to have been skimmed whilst being busy.

Its just annoying to see him being negative and complaining about abuse, negativity when he dishes it out himself. Often for no to little reason, of course he's entitled but I don't agree.

Kevin Nolan just has that cocky swagger and when he does well, he doesn't acknowledge anything.

He's losing that right now but continues to make the same mistakes? I think he believes he's doing the right thing but it's frustrating.

i think its time just to try and get behind everything that notts tries.

lets not worry about kn or ah regarding what they do or say, they both have the clubs hearts at mind. the first win will be massive, so hope they can get it soon.

Kevin Nolan is incredibly stubborn but he is still an inexperienced young manager.

He shows the signs that he can be a great manager, but he needs to drop the stubbornness and accept the Duffy among others are letting the team down. I couldn't believe he suggested that strikers are at fault.

Alan Hardy is a typical businessman, he should keep off Twitter.

I wished the press conference for the football games just focused on who we are set to play, rather than political points being thrown out there. The club should arrange two conferences, one for general news stories and the other the serious talk because that's mostly what fans want to hear.

Kevin Nolan could be a great manager, his record until this season was very good but he can be obnoxious.

This said, he's very friendly and doesn't deserve abuse or for fans to be making up rumours about him. Hopefully some of these will be dealt with because it does come across as a joke. Alan Hardy, well he points the finger but if he had a PR manager I think they'd advice him against some of the tweets and reactions he puts out on Twitter.

Again a very nice person and both want the best for the club, yet they act like nobody can criticise them.

I'm sorry if this offends anyone but none of this would be said if the start of the season wasn't so poor, what I find sad is the fact fans are actively trying to bring the club down at nearest opportunity.

It's not PON but fans in general.

Support used to mean thick and thin once upon a time, now it seems have grey lines and unsupportive people.

Where will all these fans have returned to Meadow Lane when Notts did well go now the forms is so poor? I bet most will stay at home.

@heraldmagpie it's understandable though, if we lost 3 and played well people wouldn't be saying what they are they're just stating their opinions on how poor the team is playing and the manner of which the goals are being conceded.
