A healthy steak kebab .. would you give it a go

So I’ve been working a healthy kebab crossed with a curry As I’m trying to loose some weight I thought it may help but old habits die hard unfortunately. ????????

so I’ve created a mild to medium curry paste and sourced a cheap peice of steak Or beef.

So the idea is to make the paste spread it on the steak over night griddle the steak to how you like let it rest.

Put salad ect cabbbage you know the stuff to make it a proper kebab.

then put the meat in the nan bread don’t loose the juice add some mint yougut homemade on top round it and and then juice to dip the nan bread with the curry taste as well.

My question would any one give it a go or have it in favour of a kebab that you get from the chippy or any where else.

Things I’m still trying for my business so this market research shall we say.

Cheers guys and girls

Yes I’d try that, I’ll try anything new, my mouth is watering at the thought of it.

I'd probably stick with a chicken shish kebab with salad and nann bread. I do like donner kebab but only occasionally.

As i don't like sauce with my kebab i probably wouldn't try it.

I create this version at home;

- Greek yoghurt with raw grated garlic, salt and lemon juice as dressing.
- Chicken breast  cut into strips and seasoned with chilli / paprika / garlic / salt and pepper
- Italian salad leaves (Argula)
- Onions cooked with chicken breast strips
- Pita bread toasted slightly.

Combine and goes down a treat.

Can Kebabs be healthy @Magic magpie? I thought this is why people tended to love them because its dirty and fattening.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!
