Match ratings vs Bromley

Featured Replies

Slocombe 6 - Normal goalkeepers day. Couldn't do owt about either goal

Brindley 6 - Has a good cross on him. Not a great day, not a bad day

Rawlinson 4 - Basic passes misplaced. Belongs on the subs bench. Partly at fault for the first goal

McCrory 6 - Did ok. Made yards. Isn't a centre-back

Bakayogo 4 - Not great going forward. Partly at fault for the first goal

O'Brien 6 - Passed it ok. Went off with a suspected broken arm

Rose 5 - Tried. Goes back with the ball too often when the forward pass is available

Booty 6 - Played a good ball to Wootton for the goal.

Boldewijn 5 - Meh

Wootton 6 - Brilliant goal. Battled with the Bromley defenders. Didn't receive any service second half

Dennis 5 - Had one shot which was well saved. No service

Subs

Bird 6 - Passes the ball well and is not afraid to battle it out physically. Needs to start vs The Wood

Thomas 4 - Nothing of real note to say

Osborne N/A - Came on for O'Brien in added time

Analyst

Mean of 5

Slocombe 5 Am I being harsh, first goal he was left exposed, second, needed a save which Bromley's keeper produced at the other end

Brindley 5 Better first half than second. At least capable of putting in a decent ball

Rawlinson 3.5 Not comfortable on the ball, mistake on the left , created the opportunity for bromley's first

McCrory 6 Can put a foot in, where other players shy away from

Rose 4.5 Anonymous when he should be dictating. No mistakes but nothing going forward

Bakayogo 5 Better first than second, has the physique,

O'Brien 6 Midfield driver, leaving with a broken arm

Booty 5 ( was 7 for the pass for Wootton's goal, minus 2 for the useless header that gifted bromley their win)

Boldewijn 4 Should be roasting teams, can't be bothered

Wootton 6.5 MotM Another cracking goal...starved of possession in the second

Dennis 5.5 Had a great chance to score in the second half, but shot was too close to keeper

Subs

Bird 6 Has to start , physical and can pass

Thomas 5 Disappointing

Osborne 5....too late to rate in reality, so a 5

Too many defensive mistakes still costing us this season

Defensively the team is playing better, just really need to be better in certain games. The team needs to adapt to their opponants way of play. Thats something we've been lacking for many seasons now. Sort of why the squad performs really well then shockingly bad.

Lack of overall focus and work rate, I think.

The loss of JOB and Michael Doyle, despite the latters downside - anchors the ship.
