Everytime I hear Frank Turners - The way I tend to be.. The more I want to focus and just reflect on good things.
Busy day with physio and now asked to do cardio. (yay)

Very busy period for me, the physio twice a week as benefits but will focus on this place more next week. Content, content
Sorry I haven't been around much, real life issues holding me back.
Time to move forward, enjoy the good things. Make this place somewhere 'pride' means something.
