  1. All the pressure is on Wrexham now.
  2. Happy with that. Back on top. Puts the pressure back on Wrexham.
  3. Great performance by the Pies. Scunthorpe are a very poor side but you can only beat what is in front of you.
  4. Scunthorpe have won once away from home this season. They are in a relegation battle and will do well to stay up. Notts won 4-1 at Scunthorpe in December. Everything points to a home win but we will be changing keepers and there may be absences due to injury. This is a real test for LW.
  5. Advantage Wrexham again. It feels like Notts are holding on by their fingernails in the title chase.
  6. I think I can predict how this will go. Barnet will press high and will take the lead. Barnet will tire and Notts will score 3. The end.
  7. A vital 3 points. I'd prefer if Notts didn't give the opposition a goal start. It's not good for my blood pressure.....
  8. Eastleigh fully deserved their lead. County have improved since Eastleigh scored. Eastleigh will most likely be in the playoffs so we can see how difficult it's going to be.
  9. Fun fact, the last time more than 1 goal was scored in a game involving Eastleigh was Feb. 21st. A total of 5 games. Eastleigh are a difficult side to beat but Notts won 2-0 at their place in November. I think it will be a very close game. 1-0 to Notts is my prediction.
  10. Dorking came to play. They deserved their lead but County responded and fully deserved the win.
  11. This game has me worried. Dorking went toe to toe with Notts in September and won. It should be a different story at ML but if Dorking adopt the same approach, I think they will create chances and our defence is creaking a bit. It's a must win game for Notts. I'd take any kind of win. Longstaff scoring with his arse in the 99th minute to win the game is fine by me.....
  12. Take a bow Tiernan Brooks. His penalty save has kept County in the title chase. Bromley should have been out of sight by half time. County got a foot hold in the 2nd half and just about deserved a draw. It wasn't a great performance to be fair.
  13. Aldershot away is one of those you'd be concerned about, even more so when it is a January fixture, but Notts got the job done in a professional manner. We can't worry about anyone else, just need to keep picking up points.
  14. A point away from home is a good result but you can't help thinking that it should have been 3. On to the next game.
  15. That was a great start to the new streaming service. Goals galore. A very important 3 points. Onto Tuesday.
  16. 3 points. +3 to the goal difference. Wrexham drew. All in all, a good day's work.
  17. If the Pies have scored a better free kick than Castro's, I don't remember it. What a strike from that distance. It was like a guided missile.
  18. After last week's disappointment, which just gets more disappointing, the more you think of it, this game has a must win feel about it. York are a decent side but Notts should be expecting something from the game. I think Notts will improve and will win this game.
  19. Ouch. I bet this result comes back to bite us in the backside.....
  20. Dorking don't do boring. Nil all draws? Nope. Dorking doesn't do nil alls. They have scored 12 and conceded a whopping 20 in 8 games. The worst defensive record in the division. Given the form Nott's attackers are in, this could be a cricket score. I'll go for 6-2 to Notts.
  21. Notts are in form. Notts are at home. Aldershot are struggling. You can see where I'm going with this.....
  22. Never in my wildest dreams did I think Notts would win 5-0 at Dagenham.
  23. Brilliant win. Notts are building up a head of steam. On to Dagenham and another difficult fixture.
  24. Chances are if anyone finishes above Solihull, they will be champions. Solihull have found their form in the last game and a half. Notts at home is one of the toughest fixtures in this league so it has all the makings of a classic. It won't end 0-0. More likely to end 5-5!
  25. Great win. On to Monday and a tasty fixture against promotion rivals.
