It was pleasing to see a clean sheet, I felt AFC Flyde did well in the second half. They came out much brighter than Notts, but the difference was in the chances created. They struggled to hit the target, and Sam Slocombe did very well to deny a couple of wonderful efforts.

I am not sure Notts should be intimidated by any team in this league, anyone can beat anyone and on their day Notts can be a very good team. I think the better performances have come at home, but things do appear to be getting better. It will be interesting to see who takes Doyle's place. I think Notts should do well enough.

If Notts learned to pass the ball in the oppositions half, using long direct passes at times to pick players out it would cause trouble. I don't get the need to hoof the ball anywhere other than the defence or unless it works. It's a bad strategy and negative too.

Excellent result, one I didn't see coming. Notts played like a totally different team once they returned after the first 45 minutes, completely different.

I just want to see the players give everything for 90 minutes, I don't expect them to win the first game but to show how determined they're would be nice to see with a solid display. I can see it being a 2-2 draw.

Fail to win and it will only be true fans attending the games, I wonder how many will hang around if the clubs relegated. It would be a disaster and I am hoping Notts can bag a 2-0 win. Stead and Enzio to score.

They have to get a better result against Tranmere, if a win isn't possible fight for the draw. Losing points is what will cost the club at the end of the season, it won't be anything else and any fan who thrown's having grounded a point needs to get their heads checked. Tranmere are a tough team but we could do something. Start the right team, slow the game down and just focus on picking passes out carefully. I suspect it will end 1-1.

Terrible defending cost the game, just mistakes after mistakes. Nobody at the back had a good game and I refuse to believe that Rob Milsom is the best left back that the club has. I would rather see Cedric Evina in there, he's far better going forward.

I fancy Notts to turn over Crewe, the confidence is lifting and I see them as a side that can be rocked if the defence is pushed. I would predict a comfortable 3-0 win. Stead, Hemmings and Husin to score.

Yes, I agree it's a good draw and Notts could have won but at the same time Northampton had their chances. Crewe will be a good test of the squad now.

I am just hoping Notts can put a stop to this rot, I would take a draw now.

I am not confident one bit. I hate leading up to games feeling like Notts are incapable of winning, only when they do get that first win do I feel it will be turned around.

2-0 Nots win. It will be another iffy performance but I expect goals to come. The defence will hold out and Fitzsimons will keep a clean sheet. The start for things to improve.

I thought Notts played quite well, just not defensively. The passing was much better, creatively Notts looked good but it's not just Brisley. Duffy, Jones and Tootle didn't play together, they played too far up for me and Cambridge thrived on attacking down the left side because Jones wasn't in position. Things will improve, early signs are good.

A win would be a posive outcome from the game but ultimately it's how they play. At least 5 shots on target would be nice.

I dont think we should rely on Hollis, but where is McKenzie? Why have we not seen more of him. He could potentially be the answer to our defensive woes.

It seems a change in employment is what the direction the club is taking, I am not sure sacking Derry makes sense but we cannot moan. I want us to be stronger from this point!
