Andy Dallas to Barnsley
I believe Andy Dallas will do well. Itβs not the Championship, and League One will provide a good opportunity for him to demonstrate what he has learned from playing in the National League. Good luck to him!

Match Discussion: PSF - The Reds (A)
I think Alfreton should give us a better match, but even we have improved since we last played, so Iβm hoping that we can work on the defensive side and our space creation, as they have a tallish squad. It should be a good friendly!

Match Discussion: PSF - The Pilgrims (A)
I wasnβt at the match, but it seems like Boston heavily marked our players to the point where three or so of them were going in to clear the ball away from us. Domination is a good thing, even if we only won by one goal. Itβs another valuable insight ahead of the upcoming season.

Gateshead friendly incident
Itβs madness and quite pathetic that people think this is an appropriate way to spread their message. The shock value actually distracts from their cause.

Grimsby and Lincoln tickets on sale
As a season ticket holder, I donβt think I could afford to pay for individual games. The season ticket gives us a cheaper rate, especially when you factor in food and travel costs. Iβm optimistic about the number of fans weβll get for the Grimsby game, although I expect the turnout for Lincoln to be lower due to the competition.

non-league paper on boston vs notts
Boston United made it difficult for Notts by not giving them any space on the field. Wherever the ball was, their players were there too. Games like this will happen, but the positive is knowing that the squad will work hard to get the result they need.

The Winning Formula: Luke Williams Talks Hard Work and Enjoyment
Luke Williams is absolutely right. At the end of the day, football is about enjoyment and itβs important to keep this in mind, even when faced with tough competition. When players have good relationships with each other and can share a laugh, it fosters a team-oriented mentality rather than an individualistic one. Itβs clear that the squad wants the best for each other, the club, and the fans. With the current squad, they deserve nothing but our support and encouragement.

Weekend Plans Friday 21st - Sunday 23rd July
Just donβt go so fast that your exercise bike goes flying out of the window you had opened. ????
-
Where are they now? - Joss Labadie
I remember Joss Labadie a little, but not as much as others do. I always wish former players all the best, and I quite like Solihull Moors. I hope they have a good season.

Ollie Tipton, Notts trialist at Telford
I havenβt seen much feedback about Tipton or Claxton. Both players sound promising, and I have nothing against a young CB. It just means theyβll need time to settle into the team and may make the odd mistake, which is something everyone does. Fans need to remember that they probably made mistakes when starting a new job too.

Weekend Plans Friday 21st - Sunday 23rd July
@Fan of Big Tone You never know, you might be able to get out before the weather turns, so you could still do your exercise. Nothing beats fresh air, but I donβt see the point in making plans when itβs likely to be stormy.

Close season reflections and pre-season anticipation
It would be lovely if everyone who reads this could take a moment to post a comment, even if itβs just a brief paragraph. Iβm curious to know if anyone got up to anything exciting during the close season and if people are starting to look ahead to the new campaign. Thereβs a lot of excitement surrounding our return to the EFL, which Iβm determined to enjoy no matter what happens. Iβll be happy just to be back watching teams like Tranmere Rovers, Bradford City, and Walsall. During the close season, I didnβt do anything particularly special, but it did seem to drag on at the time. Now that weβre in pre-season, everything has accelerated.

Weekend Plans Friday 21st - Sunday 23rd July
I have no plans for the weekend so far; I will most likely be catching up with things. I think it is forecasted to have showers and thunderstorms, so that might get in the way of going out. I hope everyone who does go out has a good time.

Salford away moved to Friday night
I think the Salford fixture is a silly decision which only benefits the home team, and itβs quite unfair. Itβs frustrating that the league would approve this despite Notts rejecting it.
-
New Chief Executive appointed
Itβs nice to have the position sorted and a person appointed; the article says a lot. Maybe the club is planning to release an interview with the new CEO or is trying to allow him to settle in without being bothered. I am just happy itβs sorted now.

Late squad number swap for Bostock and Bajrami
I am a bit unsure why it has happened or even been announced; it could simply have been mentioned eventually. I see the insertion of information about getting names on the back, but I am not sure itβs appropriate enough for that to be slipped in for the sake of selling a few names.

Notts County Manager Luke Williams Discusses Player Injuries and Pre-Season Training
I think it shows just how good of a manager Luke Williams is. Our previous managers havenβt focused so much on the details. They may, to a degree, look out for players who are picking up slight concerns, but Williams seems to understand how important each aspect plays a role in the clubβs success. Itβs very articulate and precise; I canβt even think of a manager that has this approach. Itβs not just him, but the staff he has around him. Itβs very promising!

Where are they now? - Callum McGregor
Callum McGregor was a classy player for Notts. I donβt remember much of his time here, but I have enjoyed the bond we have with him. Itβs nice to see him doing well with Celtic.
