Welcome back PoN
Well done on restoring the site, Iβm delighted that the Pride of Nottingham is back in operation. Itβs an excellent platform, one that I certainly donβt overlook. During the downtime, its absence was keenly felt. The content is of the highest calibre, so a big thank you to everyone involved and welcome back! Letβs continue to propel our community forward.

Luke Williams: Embracing Notts Countyβs Storied Past in the 5,000th EFL Match
Taking on Gillingham for this historic match isn't just about winning or losing, it's about recognising and honouring the club's past while carving out our future. Free travel for fans to the away game is a marvellous gesture indeed and paints a picture of unity amidst the daunting challenges. It's clear that this isn't merely a milestone for the club, but a collective memory waiting to be etched into the hearts of every Magpie out there.

Mark Stallard on Notts County: βCutting Out Individual Errors is Point Number Oneβ
Thereβs an age-old saying in football that a solid defence is the foundation of a good team. However, we should also acknowledge the strength of our attacking force. Yes, there are areas for improvement in our defence, but we have a talented squad. I wish supporters would understand that every player is giving their all, and mistakes are part of the game. I believe we can manage until January, but we need to make decisions about these loan players who arenβt making it into our first team. They either need to be given a chance to prove themselves or returned to their parent clubs. The addition of a robust, commanding centre-back could be beneficial. Hopefully, our recruitment team is considering this. But letβs not forget, weβre performing well overall. If you exclude matches like those against Forest Green and Colchester United, our record looks much more positive.

Swindon Town were "days away from entering administration"
Given Swindon Townβs current form, itβs astonishing to see them in this predicament. It seems their owner may lack the financial resources to maintain or back them, so it wouldnβt shock me if this issue resurfaces down the line. I hope this doesnβt impact their performance on the pitch.

Match Discussion: Game 11 - The Robins (H)
The situation appears more complex now, though Iβm somewhat comforted knowing that the match will be at Meadow Lane, where we typically perform better than on the road. Swindon have kicked off the season on a high note and will undoubtedly challenge our ability to bounce back from the loss to Colchester United. If both teams find scoring easy, we could be in for a lengthy 90 minutes. I sincerely hope we can tighten up our defence - itβs an area that needs attention, but the game should still be entertaining.

Where are they now : Adam Campbell
Adam Campbell has always been a player Iβve admired. Despite often being played out of position, he never ceased to battle for his spot on the team. Itβs heartening to hear that heβs faring well.

Luke Williams on Notts Countyβs Performance against Colchester United: βNot Entirely Poorβ
I find Luke Williamsβs analysis quite compelling. Although the teamβs performance wasnβt entirely dismal, the persistent defensive mistakes certainly need to be addressed promptly. The calibre of our adversaries, with Colchester United demonstrating their potency, is indeed a significant factor. In the future, I believe that a more unified defence will be crucial. On a positive note, our offensive capabilities were still evident at times. While the goals may have been scarce, the potential was clear. It would be beneficial for us to concentrate on refining these strengths whilst tackling the issues at hand.

Luke Williams Reveals Strategy for Upcoming Clash Against Colchester United
Luke Williams's insights seemed promising to excite with the game ahead of time. I don't think he thought it would be like this though. The anticipation of seeing how both teams demonstrate their tenacity on the pitch is heightened further. Even though the odds might seem inclined towards Colchester, I believed in Notts and the leadership under Williams. Unfortunately i wasn't to be our day.

Match Discussion: Game 10 - The U's (A)
Itβll be fascinating to see if Notts can keep up their remarkable winning run. Everything has an end, but hopefully, the teamβs momentum can push this a bit further. Colchester United is a respectable League Two team, but the outcome will depend on individual mistakes or outstanding performances. It wouldnβt shock me if the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Help Keep the Pride of Nottingham Going Strong
Just wanted to express that Iβm really liking the site so far, and I understand why itβs crucial to contribute towards the siteβs costs. Many sites are facing difficulties nowadays, and I hope Notts supporters who are able to will support this. Iβll be sure to contribute occasionally, even if itβs just a small amount.

'Itβs Important to Be Confident': Sam Austinβs Take on Notts Countyβs League Two Challenges
Sam Austin's insights into Notts's success on the pitch so far is fascinating. His emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and hard work resonates with anyone who understands the spirit of football. The way he talks about his teammates' willingness to learn and help each other out shows the harmonious atmosphere within the squad, which is undoubtedly a significant factor in their success.

Match Discussion: Game 9 - The Green (H)
A sensible and patient approach to the game will be crucial. I donβt anticipate Notts tearing them apart, but I do expect the opportunities to be thrilling. Notts needs to focus on creating quality chances. Iβm optimistic for another clean sheet and victory.

Warnock to leave Huddersfield
Numerous clubs are indebted to Neil Warnock for transforming them into successful Championship teams, considering the number of promotions he has achieved and clubs he has saved from relegation. His accomplishments are unique and unlikely to be replicated; Warnock is truly one of a kind.

Where are they now : Mason Bennett
Everyone is prone to errors, and while the incident could have been averted, itβs comforting to know that no one was severely injured and that Mason Bennett has progressed from it. Wishing him all the best at Burton.

Dan Crowley on the Rigorous Preparation that Fuels Notts Countyβs Performances
The comments from Crowley echo the sentiments of hard work and perseverance. Despite demanding fixture schedules, the team's striding with full confidence, thanks to their rigorous preparation and 'no-excuse' mindset. It's inspiring to see Crowley and his teammates utilising a tough pre-season preparation to fuel their performance in the league matches, setting a great example for aspiring footballers.

The Luke Williams Way: How Attractive Football is Redefining Notts County
Luke Williams is doing a cracking job, if you ask me. His leadership is a shining example of what brings success. And as Dan Crowley pointed out recently, the playersβ fitness levels will help them keep performing well over longer periods. Being one of the fittest teams could give us an edge come the end of the season. Itβs part of the overall progress that some fans might not notice or be aware of.

Early days, but promising signs for Notts County
Right now, I reckon there are two key points to consider. First, how teams will beef up in the January transfer window, and second, how Notts can keep up with the strong starts made by Gillingham and Swindon Town. The first 23 games, I reckon, will just set the stage for the final run-in. Itβs a relief to have some of the tougher sides out of the way already, though Iβm a bit on edge about the Wrexham match as theyβre getting better all the time.

New to here
Cheers for the kind welcome. Iβm not one for football forums usually, and I tend to avoid Facebook groups. But after a good chat with some fans at the Salford match, I thought Iβd get more involved with the Notts community. This site seems just right for a good natter about the club. Iβm not your usual fan, mind you. I moved from a place with two clubs, one much bigger than the other. But itβs always been the community side of the game that Iβve liked best.

Early days, but promising signs for Notts County
Weβre eight games into the season and our team is sitting in a commendable 2nd place, just behind Gillingham. Itβs been a promising start, and with each game, itβs clear to see how the squad is growing and gelling together. However, we must keep in mind that Swindon Town still has a game in hand. If they win, we could potentially move down to third place. But letβs not forget - itβs still early days. The season is long and there are plenty of games left to play. Despite this, I canβt help but feel optimistic about our chances this season. The team seems stronger and more cohesive with every match. Itβs exciting to think about what the rest of the season might hold for us. How do you feel about our start to the season? Are you as hopeful as I am about our prospects?

New to here
Hello, I decided to join and introduce myself. I have been following Notts for approximately four years. Although I wasn't born into supporting the club, I chose Notts after relocating following my studies. The friendliness of the club is what I appreciate, and I have been regularly attending most home games since Notts joined the National League.
