All the players contributed to this win tonight. It was another great team effort. My four players that get on my shortlist are. Nick Tsaroulla, George Abbott, Will Jarvis & David McGoldrick. All four had a great game, however my Man of the Match is Will Jarvis because he was absolutely outstanding. Not just in an attacking sense but in defence too, where he took Nemane completely out of the game.

It's a bit of a blow that Jatta doesn't start. He's had an illness and hasn't trained this week. He's on the bench but unless Notts really need him, he won't be risked by Stuart. I think he's been picked just to keep MK Dons guessing & the Notts fans optimistic. Strange that Stuart didn't pick Traore to start the match, but Grant has been chosen over him tonight. I just hope Stuart has made the right decision.

Talking about Bees. I've been reading all about them. Did you know there are Cuckoo Bees where a Cuckoo Queen Bee enters an established nest, kills the resident Queen, then gets the established workers to help it as it lays Cuckoo Bee eggs & they help rear the Cuckoo Bee young.. You learn something new every day.

Visited the Supermarket this morning to get some bags of flour as there may be a bread shortage due to action from the farmers. I couldn't help but notice that food prices continue to rise. A pack of nine Cadburys chocolate bars have gone from a pack of nine to a pack of seven but still the same price £3 Also a bag of toffee have gone up from £1 to £1:35 a bag. Each individual sweet appears smaller too. And the bag of Chocolate raisins are now £1:50 & they were just £1 till recently. So it's not just that prices are going up. You are getting less for your money too. Anyone else notice the packaging getting smaller?

Good Morning. Looks like it's going to be a lovely day here once again. I planned to cut the grass yesterday, but it looks like we have a Queen Bumblebee, making a nest below our old tree stump. We have seen this large bee going into a small hole below the stump a few times When we were sitting in the garden the Bee was head bumping us. We have researched it & learned that bees head bumping is a warning to stay away from the nest. We are going to monitor it's movements today. A Bee nest underground can grow into up to 400 Bees depending on the Bumble Bee species. If it is a nest it's going to be an interesting summer to say the least.

It is clear that their needs to be a football regulator in place as soon as possible. There is talk of watering down the regulator's powers so as to not discourage foreign investment in the Premier League and EFL. I personally think this would be a big mistake. I also think that the loopholes in the regulations that allowed Chelsea to basically sell it's Women's team back to itself should be closed. For me allowing clubs to do this makes a mockery of the profit and sustainability rules.

Listening to Stuart in his pre MK Dons presser, Lucas Ness is close to being considered for his return to the side after injury. McDonald & Jones are coming on well with their recoveries too. Hopefully we will see all three back in contention very soon. Regarding the match against MK Dons, Stuart believes it will be a very tough match because they have very good players which could easily turn a match for them. It goes without saying that Notts will have to be at their best again to get a favourable result.

Nice to see Forest getting the better of another Manchester Club & that solo goal from Elanga was something else.

@menzinho exactly. It's been a remarkable season for so many teams at the top finding it very hard to put a consistent run together.

I believe that Sam deserves to keep his place in the Notts side. He has three clean sheets to his name since he replaced Alex.
