  1. Good news for Notts. Bradford, Wimbledon & Grimsby all lost. Doncaster, Walsall & Colchester drew. Not so good. Chesterfield, Crewe, & Port Vale all won. So the league table stands like this after the Tuesday matches. Notts could climb to fourth place if they win on Wednesday.
  2. Quoted from this article below. "Chelsea says the transfer of ownership will “ensure CFCW has dedicated resources, management and commercial leadership solely focused on the growth and success of the women’s team”. "However, critics have suggested the move was designed to ensure compliance with the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR)". "The sale of club-owned assets to a related company is allowed under Premier League rules but must be for fair market value. The transaction did trigger an assessment of the sale by the Premier League under its associated party transaction (APT) rules". "A move to bring in an outright ban on such sales was narrowly voted down at the league’s annual general meeting last June". Chelsea post UK£130m profit after selling women’s team to parent company - SportsPro WWW.SPORTSPRO.COM Its sale to Blueco helps the West London club rebound from UK£90.1m last year and avoid...
  3. Chelsea sell their women's team to their parent company. How is this allowed?
  4. Looks like the freezing of season ticket prices has been incredibly popular with the fans reading all the feedback.
  5. Your 4cast for Tuesday
  6. Crawley 1 - 2 Peterborough Lincoln 1 -1 Huddersfield Northampton 1 -1 Rotherham Crewe 1 - 1 Grimsby Doncaster 1 - 1 Walsall Harrogate 2 - 0 Tranmere 🤡 Aldershot 2 - 1 Fylde Wealdstone 1 - 1 Boston
  7. Great news for season ticket holders.Renewal prices have been frozen for the 2025/26 season.
  8. Good evening. It's been a lovely day here. We both spent some time outside walking & completing 10K steps which is just over 4 miles. After lunch we both sat out in the garden soaking up the sun & fresh air. Looks like the weather is going to be fine this week so tomorrow it will be cut the lawn time.
  9. Another must win game for Notts against a side that has had some dissapointing results of late. I think Mk Dons are in a false position in the league & they are a very dangerous side & must not be underestimated by the Notts fans. I'm sure that Nemane and Crowley will be fired up to prove a point & Notts will need to be at their very best to counter their threat. I would pick the same team that played so well at Newport. We know that Notts have struggled at home against teams that are content to defend & hit Notts on the break. I do believe that the Dons will want to play some football against Notts & that might give the Notts players more space to work some magic. I really do hope that is the case. I think it will be a very close match & the odd goal will probably win it. If Notts can keep it tight at the back & pinch that odd goal, I think they can get the result we all want
  10. @liampie Tyler only has a contract with Notts till the 30th of June so I'm assuming that him coming to Notts is only for short term cover while Bass is recovering from his injury.

  12. Welcome to our Pride of Nottingham Community @NcfcWak. Nice to have you on board.
  13. On most models it seems that 73 points might be enough for a playoff place. 75 to be a little more comfortable.
  14. This is my final table with Notts just creeping into the automatic places on goal difference. I have them losing to Bradford, drawing at Harrogate, & drawing their last match against Doncaster, & getting four wins in their last seven matches. But it is going to be very close. Non of the final seven games are going to be easy & the result in all of them could be different.
  15. This poll has now closed. Thanks to all who voted. I'm pleased to announce that for his outstanding performance, Charlie Whittaker has been voted the Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match against Newport. Well done Charlie.
  16. I would offer him a contract now. He's adjusted very well during the last few weeks, & he certainly gives us something in the attacking midfield area.
  17. Your Sunday Afternoon Weather
