My guess is that Macca will be eventually loaned out or sold if he cannot break into the team. Millwall's style is the problem.

I think that the view of all three grounds from the air is so iconic. Those three grounds & the clubs that play there all have something in common, both football clubs at one point in their history played their matches at Trent bridge. Both Football teams in the past had players that played cricket at Trent Bridge too, There are family connections that unite all three Clubs.It's not just that the three grounds are close. The close connection goes much further than that.

It certainly irks me. I can't understand why Millwall went for him in the first place. Whether they did their homework to see whether Macca could fit into their style of play is questionable. Macca's fortunes at Millwall may yet turn around. He's a very good player & I'm sure he'll try to adapt to their style. But the longer it goes on with Macca not getting the game time, it will not do much for his confidence. If Macca is put out on loan to another club that will probably be a good release for him.

The upcoming applause for Sven will be a fitting tribute to a man that came to Notts to try to resurrect past glories. The team that he helped to build got Notts promoted that year. Through no fault or his own, things didn't work out as he had planned, however his kindness, grace & integrity shon through when he left the club. Rest in Peace Sven.

As I have said elsewhere, there are no easy games in league 2 & playing Accrington will be no different. Notts have to treat every opponent with respect. Notts need to carry on in the same vain as they played against Grimsby. Notts need to try to cut out the defensive errors too. Notts have improved defensively this season & mistakes haven't been too costly, however Notts mustn't help the opposition by giving away easy goals. It could come to bite, when it's least expected Accrington are known for their high press, so Notts need to move the ball out of defence quickly & not get caught in possession otherwise Notts will be punished. Notts need to try & dominate Accrington if they can, but at the same time show the fighting spirit & doggedness they showed against Swindon if required. As in previous matches, Notts need to be weary of crosses, corners & free kicks around the penalty area. Hopefully, Jatta will be back to lead the attack. It will be tough for Stuart to leave Didzy out of the starting line up, but Jatta needs to start. Hoping for a 2:0 win and a clean sheet.
