  1. @DangerousSausage I'll be there giving it a go. I look forward to seeing the scores and the revised league table every week. Always wondered if anyone does some close study on each teams current form to predict results?
  2. Your Saturday Evening Weather
  3. Should have docked them a point for every match they were late on the field. That would mean 22 points docked for this season to begin with. That would really send a message to them. That would stop them winning the title & getting into Europe unless they won the FA Cup. As for the 115 charges still outstanding, nothing will happen regarding that little misdemeanor. Too much money would be lost, and the FA can't have that.
  4. I think we've moved on from that classic battle now. It's clear now that Notts did well to keep up with Wrexham in that classic National League season. To be honest, I'm disinterested in what Wrexham do now. They are another one of those clubs that are basically buying success, and I personally don't like it.
  5. @Chris @Wheelbarrow repair man He's the best mens Tennis player that we have had in the open era, and so what if he's boring to listen to, he made up for that with his Tennis He never gave up fighting even though things were getting very difficult for him in his later years. He was a great entertainer on the tennis court, and his tennis did all the talking for him. His record speaks for itself, and I don't think that British Tennis will see his like again. And as for a career after tennis, why not? Either as a tennis coach or tennis pundit, his knowledge and his views will be welcomed.
  6. @Wheelbarrow repair man Agree about the same old Notts. In the first match, a defensive mistake leading to an own goal. Two missed chances that Macca may have put away. In the 2nd match, a penalty given away, conceding from a corner, then conceding late on was a Notts trait last season I have to say I'm concerned that Notts will finish up bring a mid table side again. MK Dons have been recruiting big, but Notts are relying on free transfers That's four losses in five now. Not the ideal preparation for the first league game
