Notts Alumni: Jackie Sewell
Great article on Jackie. Jackie Sewell was a brilliant footballer who tends to get overshadowed a little by his strike partner Tommy Lawton, when people look back to that period in Notts County history, but Jackie had a very successful career and played alongside football greats for England. And he is rightly regarded as one of the Notts County greats.

Notts Alumni: Sir Charlie Palmer
Great article on Charlie Palmer. His passion and personality always shone through. And that winning goal against Forest. I was privileged to be there and it's one of my great memories.

Notts Alumni: Iain McCulloch
Really nice article about Iain McCulloch. Iain was one of the Notts County greats and was one of my favourite players in the early 1980s along with his partner up front, Trevor Christie. Iain top scored for Notts in consecutive seasons in the top flight. His career ended to early through injury.

Mick Vinter scored some very important goals for us. He was a very good servant to our club. Very sorry to hear that he had died.

Luke Williams on Nurturing Notts County’s Future Star, James Sanderson: ‘I’m Very Enthusiastic About What He Could Achieve'
James Sanderson looks to be a very good young player and will learn a lot from the being around the first team squad.

Match Discussion: Game 25 - The Shrimps (H)
Following on from our vital win against Doncaster and a confidence boosting clean sheet combined with another very good display from the lads, I would continue with the same team against the Shrimps and look for another similar performance. Morecambe will provide a much tougher opposition on Friday than Doncaster and we will need to be on our guard defensively for the 100 possible minutes. Macaulay has got his goal today, so he will feel much better for that after his 4 match goal draught, so in attack, we just need to keep doing what we are doing. Our goal total stands on 48 in the league, so Notts have proved that time and time again that attacking is not our problem. I'm predicting a 2:1 win against a very organised Morecambe side.

Jim O’Brien Celebrates Notts County’s Resilience in Victory Over Crawley Town

The Highs and Lows of Notts County’s National League Years: Overcoming Adversity
I'm a newbie and have just got round to reading this really good article from @Magpie Bill about our successful journey from National league & back to the EFL. Thanks to the new owners this was made possible. And credit should go to Neil Ardley & Ian Burchnall who both laid down the foundation for our success too. They may have come up short themselves, but they played their part in the success story that Luke was able to complete by his brilliant Management, which in turn, took us over the line in the end. And not forgetting those shrewd signings that helped just a little bit too.

Notts County’s Momentum: ‘One-nil Up is Not Job Done,’ Says Luke Williams
Luke has identified where the problems are and he's ready to go into the upcoming transfer window to strengthen the areas where we are lacking in defence, midfield & goalkeeper. I'm sure Luke Knows who he wants out of the players who will be available during the January window. Now that Macari has signed permanently, that gives us another option on the loan front too. Maybe go for a goalkeeper here to cover for Sam. I'm confident Luke will sort it.

From the Stands to the Field: The Impact of Notts County Fans on Match Days
Like with every Notts fan, I've gone through every emotion following this Club. This club has something special about it. The history, the successes tinged with the failures, the ups, & the downs, Witnessing milestones like 3k, 4k & 5k league matches Privileged to see 3 great Managers and witnessing us going from the Fourth to the First Division. And last but certainly not least, being part of this great and loyal fanbase that have played their part in the success of the club. Long may it continue.

Luke Williams Confident in Notts County’s Ability to Achieve Sustained Success
I believe in Luke Williams & I am convinced that he will get us out of the blip in form, & turn things around in the new year. To be still in sixth place and challenging for a play off spot halfway through the season. I'm sure many Notts fans would have settled for that at the beginning of the campaign.

Notts County Welcomes Lewis Macari to the Family Permanently
I believe this is a great signing for Notts. Lewis is an exciting young player that has loads of potential to grow, and I look forward to seeing his further progression in the black and white.
