Good morning it’s a lovely bright start to the day again and the forecaster promise that it’s going to be lovely and warm. My back is definitely improving, I’m loathe to say it because every time I think it’s improving I seem to have a set back but I really do think there is light at the end of the tunnel. Isn’t grocery shopping getting expensive we had a Tesco delivery yesterday and it cost more than £60 but there were only two baskets of food and one was half empty! It’s a good job our pensions went up this week at this rate I might have to stop cruising. 😂 Ha ha, the plight of the poor old pensioner. Speaking of cruising our next cruise is a 3 week one and we set off in June for a lovely cruise around the Med taking in, La Coruna in Spain, Vigo, Cagliari in Sardinia, Valletta in Malta, Corfu in Greece, Split in Croatia and Zagreb in Croatia, we are really looking forward to this one, Tilly the cat isn’t though she’ll be locked up in the cattery for 3 weeks, although she does have an outside run. That’s very true and we all know how hard it is to win the lottery, is anyone posting from their mansion in the Cayman Isles after winning the lottery? No I thought not. 🤣 I was really hoping we go up automatically, I hate the playoffs, they are so stressful. However I’ll be there to cheer them on I just hope that defibrillator is handy.

I’m not against giving reactions as I said that’s a good thing but I’m just hoping the leader board doesn’t get people too competitive, anyway I’ll shut up now, I’m probably talking rubbish.

I wouldn’t disagree with anything you said there @Robbie what I was trying to say was that if I find a post particularly interesting I might like it, if it’s funny I might put a laughing emoji but I don’t want to feel pressured to give a reaction to every post and I don’t want anyone to be upset if I don’t like particular posts. I’m not going to bother if someone doesn’t react to one of my posts as I’m not here to collect them. My post was in reply to Chris saying that people with reactions will be notified if they are on the leader board, I was concerned it may become competitive and counter productive. Just my opinion, I’m probably completely wrong I usually am. 🤣

I am expecting us to miss out on the automatics, in that way I won’t be disappointed when we do but if we manage to go up automatically it will be a massive welcome surprise. Expect the worst but hope for the best.

He’s certainly won me over, if we don’t go up I wouldn’t like to see him sacked, I think he’s done a great job within the parameters in which he’s had to work. If he’s tempted by a job in a higher division at a bigger club then I would t blame him, who isn’t ambitious? He obviously wants the best for himself and his family, we’ve seen good managers leave before it’s part of football.

Good morning all, you certainly burn the midnight oil @Chris I hope your appointment goes well today, fingers crossed you get the outcome you want. 54 years ago today I went on a night out with two of my friends to the Palais in Nottingham, one of my friends brought his beautiful sister, it was love at first sight as she walked in wearing a silk blouse, checked mini skirt and knee length boots, we hit it off immediately, I asked her to dance, it was a Rolling Stones record called Get of of my Cloud, she said she liked the Stones and that sealed it, I decided I wanted to spent the rest of my life with this beauty. 3 years later we got married and life has been great ever since. Today we celebrate our meeting Anniversary with a pint in the pub and fish and chips, what more could a girl want. 😂

I hope the rest of the squad can use Lewis’s injury as a motivation to get us up into the next division and of course I wish him well and hope he’s back with us as soon as possible.
