Good morning it’s a new week and the weather is set to improve this week which will be nice, it may encourage me to do some gardening. I see that @Michael D Pie. is holidaying in Morocco have a great time, it’s somewhere I’ve never been but I’m booked on a cruise in December that goes there so looking forward to hearing what you think. Dentists appointment for me today, it’s just a check up thankfully but I’d better warn her I had garlic last night. 😂 Have a great day everyone.

I can’t decide whether I want to go to Wembley or not, decisions decisions. Part of me would like to go for the experience but part of me wants to watch from my armchair with a pint of my favourite tipple. My son has offered to drive me and Chloe down and watch the match with us but I know he’s not really bothered but he just wants to help me get there if I wanted to go. I just wonder how good a view it’ll be, plus if we lose it’ll be so disappointing. At my age there and back is a long way to go in a day. On balance I think I might just watch on the telly have the family round and get some food in.

Got to agree with the comments above I’d like to give all the defence the man of the match if I have to choose I will go for Ness, he seemed to head every ball that came his way, a superb performance.

I agree a fantastic display by our defenders, a very tense game, especially the last 10-15 minutes, I just wanted Notts to keep possession but they just kept giving the ball away and Chesterfield kept coming at us but all was well in the end we stood firm. There’s nothing like a live match under the lights what an atmosphere, the fans were brilliant even the Pavis stand where I sat were singing their heads off.

Not sure what happened to Dennis in the away leg, is he injured? I’d have thought he’d be on the bench if available.
