I hope this doesn’t come across as insensitive but it seems like every match now there seems to be a round of applause start up on a particular minute of the match. On Saturday I didn’t even know what we were clapping for which seems a bit futile really. I get it if a former player or manager dies but it just seems like it’s every week. Why we’re we clapping in the match against Harrogate does anyone know?

You’ve got to applaud the owners for their ambition, this is excellent stuff and deserves to be a huge success.

I really think we should go to as many of the remaining games as possible because this team will be broken up in the summer and it’s possible the likes of Jodi Jones, Macca and Nemane may not be here next season. I hope I’m wrong.

My MoM was Ashley-Hammond, great penalty save when it was 1-0 and some great saves at important times. The result could have been a lot different if he hadn’t kept them out. I’m really pleased for Stuart Maynard and the team of course. I did see @Chris and gave him a wave from the Pavis stand he waved back but I’m not sure he realised it was me. What the statement says to me is that our club is in good hands and will be run sustainably, we won’t be buying our way out of he division and spending money we haven’t got to achieve success. It also says that Stuart Maynard is with us for the foreseeable future so hopefully puts an end to all the silly speculation that has been going on for the past few weeks. It’s time we the fans get behind the owners, Stuart and the team as well.

@Ohh Tommy Johnson I agree, the best form of defence is attack in my opinion. We need to carry on like we did against MK Dons, get the crowd onside early, close down quickly when we haven’t got the ball and play with a high tempo getting the ball out to the wingers who can hopefully put some crosses on for Jatta and Macca. That’s weird for some reason I thought we were away on Saturday so actually I’ll be going to Meadow Lane.

Good morning PoN, it’s the weekend and time to chat about our plans. Who’s doing something exciting, who’s travelling to the match, let’s chat about what’s going on in your life. Personally we are still catching up after coming back from holiday, lots of washing to do, gardening etc., Today I will find time to pop down to the cemetery to visit my mums grave on what would have been her birthday, she died in 1999 but I still miss her. Tomorrow I’ll hopefully go on a park run weather permitting then I’ll listen to the match on the radio. Sunday we’ll probably see our son, DIL and grandchildren after they return from their holiday.
