I’ve been here since 29th December 2012, which was a bad year for me it’s the year my world fell apart when my son took his own life, I was in a bad place, it might sound silly but PoN helped by acting as a distraction from some of the bad things going on. I had tried other Notts forums but non matched the friendliness of PoN. I was a regular poster for a few years and saw many members come and go, amongst them some good friends, I took some time out myself for a few years before returning like the prodigal son a while ago. ???? @Chris has done an amazing job along with members of the team to make this place not only very friendly but a really amazing community to read and talk about Notts County, football and life in general. There’s only one downside and that’s the fact that we have to put up with @super_ram but I suppose nothings perfect. Only joking mate you know I love you.

Blimey @liampie what can I say? I’m honoured to be one of your favourite members, I love you too. ❤️ Although I am slightly disappointed that my name came after that scoundrel @super_ram he’s not even a Notts fan.

I know nothing about Curtis but his career path is amazing, the experience he has gained in Scandinavia will be a great asset to Notts, this signing looks like another gem. I’m looking forward to seeing him play.

It’s great that the owners are recognising the shortcomings of the pitch as it was and are taking steps not only to rectify it but also to future proof it so we have an excellent playing surface for years to come.

I must say if the series is a true reflection of his early life, he must have gone through hell as a schoolboy people are much more accepting now of gays, lesbians etc but back in the 1980s unfortunately people were less so. I’m not keen on him as a stand up comedian his voice grates but I have a new respect for him knowing what he’s gone through.
