The away support is phenomenal so we’ll done to everyone of you that travel to support the lads, it must be so encouraging for the players when they come down the tunnel and see the mass ranks of Notts fans there to cheer them on.

I thought we did enough to win, shame about the defending for their goal but what a goal from Captain Cameron, Macca could have won it late on but for a brilliant save from their goalie.

I’m pretty sure there will be some squad rotation for this game, I wouldn’t be surprised to see 8, 9 or 10 changes from todays team. To be honest it’s not a game I’m particularly interested in apart from hoping they win, I won’t be going to watch it.

My stream was excellent, I enjoyed the match and thought we should have won. Their goal was very sloppy defending, you don’t very often see attacking players given free rein to run at goal without any closing down or a challenge. However on the positive side Notts reacted to the set back really well and they were putting crosses into the box and really pressurising the MK defence it was no surprise when we went level and what a goal from Cameron of all people. Then we really could have won from the Langstaff header had the goalie not stuck a leg out, in fairness it was a brilliant save and Macca must have been gutted it didn’t go in, he did everything right.

Dan Crowley is yet another great signing, he seems to get better every game, I love watching him play, he’s one of our smaller players but he certainly gets stuck in and has scored some great headers.

Williams works extremely hard and deserves every accolade that comes his way in my opinion. Credit should also go to the rest of the management team and of course to the players who put into practice his methods. The future looks very bright at the moment with Williams at the helm.

He’s a special player the like of which we haven’t seen for a few years, the fans always have a special rapport with a goal scorer, remember how much Lee Hughes was loved? Also from my early days of watching Notts the fans loved Tony Hateley, simply because these players create excitement, Macca is carrying on that tradition and long may it continue.

It sounds like Alexander is mindful of what a good team Notts are and he will have instilled that into his team. It should be a good game between two good teams. I’m looking forward to watching the stream.

Wouldn’t it be lovely if he stayed with us for years and becomes a true legend at the club a bit like Les Bradd, I’d love that but sadly football is different these days and I expect he’ll be poached by a bigger club eventually, let’s just enjoy the time he spends with us.

I think I said this last week, this will be our toughest test so far, let’s hope we are up to it, looks like another big following of away supporters which will lift the lads. A draw would be a good result, a win would be fantastic but if we lose it won’t be the end of the world. I’m happy if the team give their all that is all I ask.
