I'm not really bothered about this particular competition, but as many have already said, a win would boost the players confidence. So let's hope for that and that the players play well too.

I wish they'd stuck with Nolan a bit longer too, could have got somebody in the loan thing, and gave him til October or so. Just can't see the point in.paying out money in compo, that could have gone on players.

In the years of my supporting Notts County, they have done well against some of the higher teams, so lets hope this can carry on, but i just hope we win. (not counting Swansea) last season of course. But even then, they had to take us to a replay, when perhaps they should have finished us off at Meadow Lane.

Glad to see he got a 3 match ban in the end eh. I also saw where a Notts fan had sent the video of the foul on Jonnie Forte into the EFL. So lets hope that something is done about that too.
