Nice 5k park run today.Not my usual park run this one had hills ☹️ But I managed it in just under 37 mins, not bad for an old codger.

The Wrexham result was a bit disappointing; however, I do feel confident about the playoffs. Speaking of that, I hope Derby manages to claw their way back into League One playoff space. It must be a challenging season for the Rams and another frustrating one for the suffering supporters.
