Jack Grealish and Callum Ball sign deals to stay until end of season at #notts.

Taken from David Jackson's twitter a short while ago.

No mention of Mac yet though.

As an aside, how do you paste in the actual tweet with the pic etc?

Great news obviously about JG staying. Just wish the club would confirm it as it's been around since monday he's signed on for the rest of the season.

Maybe trying to get Mac in the bag and announce as a double signing???

Ball. Not sure at all. Looked ok. Unlucky with going off with the injury, but what does this mean for my Enoch?        :demon:

Good news if true. Ball is a better bet than Enoch any day of the week! At least he has some basic ability.

Ball and Enoch - Little/Medium sized League One defenders would be bricking themselves with the prospect of having these two racing towards them etc!

Ball wouldn't be my first choice, I think this is likely to bed the Goodwillie rumours but I felt it wasn't likely we would sign him (if this happens please send me get well soon cards) - I might be missing for sometime. haha!

Welcome Callum Ball and Jack Grealish!

I am hopeful we will learn more about McGregor, I have nothing against Ball and hope he does well but I dont see where the goals will come from with him. Confidence is everything to a striker, he needs a goal and who knows.

Welcome back Callum Ball.

play him sat, get a goal and hopefully it will do him and us the world of good.

i quite liked him, he tries!

ball better then enoch i dont think so atm but ball does have hopes of being better in future.

"Notts County's relegation fight received a boost today after Jack Grealish appeared to be closing in on a return to Meadow Lane.

After much deliberation over the Aston Villa winger's future in the last week, it is understood a deal has been verbally agreed to extend the winger's loan."

Looks like it might be back on after all...

Lets hope its back on. The lad is a class above anything in this league. Just wish McGregor would come back, but its looking more and more unlikely.

Apparently someone on the mailing list saw McGregor in his training kit at the lane today, so he is still training with Notts.

Its on - its off - its on - its off

I wish it was resolved one way or the other.

Is he still training with us? I was under the impression this was still the case, so I would expect this could be the reason why anyone might have seen him wearing the training clothes. If he's supposedly returned (which I haven't heard anything about) - It might suggest he could very well be on his way back but I won't pin hopes on anything because even with Jack it's all over the place.

Also, if he is training with us he's hardly going to be wearing Celtic gear.

I hope this gets sorted sooner rather than later because I'm sure its not only for us for for SD as well. His future plans re transfers must be based on who he has available and if he doesn't know then that would make it difficult to say the least!

it was good to hear callum ball scored, looked a fairly decent goal. i hope his confidence lifted from it, hope he plays tuesday now.
