The Mount Rushmore of Notts

Featured Replies

Of course, this is going to be so hard, but all four players I have picked are the most influential in my opinion.

Albert Iremonger. Goalkeeper

David Needham. Defender

Les Bradd. Striker

Don Masson. Midfielder.

Naming only Four Notts Legends is Difficult. I think a Fairer idea would be a Players Mount Rushmore and a Managers Mount Rushmore.

Here's An Idea. Never Mind The Seven Wonders Of The World. How About The Seven Wonders of Notts?

Managers Mount Rushmore Jimmy Sirrel Jack Wheeler Sam Allardyce Neil Warnock.

Players Mount Rushmore Tommy Lawton Les Bradd Don Masson Albert Iremonger.

   Special Mentions Brian Kilcline Lee Hughes and Macauley Langstaff  a Bust done of Each along with Derek Pavis and Colin Slater.

I Don't Know about a Notts Mount Rushmore. More Like A Mountain Range.

@Wheelbarrow repair man

Your right about having the seven wonders of Notts.

For Mount Rushmore of Notts, I just named Players, because if you named Managers, Head Coaches & Trainers, there would be no room.

Jimmy Sirrel, Les Bradd, Tommy Lawton, Jimmy Logan.

These would be the faces carved into my version of Mount Rushmore. I could easily add two or three more, but I won’t get carried away and have narrowed it down to what I consider to be the most important.

The highest point in Nottinghamshire is 203 metres above sea level, so we might struggle with this.

Practicalities aside, obviously Jim and Jack, Albert Iremonger, Tommy Lawton, Don Masson and Balint Bajner.
