It's very important we don't put things off, or live subconsciously.

Life is already very short, so getting checks and looking after yourself should be the highest priority - despite it being hard times with aspects of emotions, time, and other commitments.

I echo the need to get things checked out. I had my prostate checked out after ongoing issues & it came through clear.

Best to get things checked out with your GP regularly if there are other issues too.
