@Fan of Big Tone has his holidays, @Piethagoram appears to enjoy nature and visiting places where he can get to grips with nature. i enjoy going for bike rides when the weather is nice, i also enjoy regular walks but not so much when its cold. aside from work and football, i dont do a lot and i am stuck in a very routine way of life.

its a good thing, as i dont like making changes if i can because its harder with being autistic.

i do think its good to explore other things though, so i wonder if the community feel like sharing what they do outside of football?

Before I retired I spent the majority of my time working & commuting to & from work, but I've always been interested in all sports from Athletics to Ice hockey.

Now retired I'm trying to adjust to  life in retirement. I like my daily walks. The superstore is in walking distance, so if we need anything, that's a good way to exercise.

I like to go into the garden in the spring, summer & Autumn to keep busy. It isn't a big garden but it's big enough to sit out & enjoy the flowers. I do a bit of reading too.

There's always plenty to do around the house & in the garden but it's nice to sit down during the evening & watch a dvd or online film.

My free time is still mostly spent working and dealing with issues outside my office hours. Football is one of my only escapes, but I do make time for my family. On rare occasions, we go out for day trips. I used to walk around Wollaton Park when my children were younger, but it has been a few years, especially since COVID.

I have quarterly meet-ups with friends, where we go out for a meal, but to be honest, it’s not particularly exciting.

I still like to get out and play football, I mainly do it over the winter in the evenings. It's a casual thing really, a group of us hire out a pitch for an hour and we just split into two teams. I used to play Sunday League until recently but I got a bit fed up of getting kicked and trodden on by guys who took it way too seriously...

Now the summer is approaching I'll try and get out on my bike when I can. But like a lot of the UK the state of the roads where I live are poor so I need to try and find a route that isn't too busy but also has the luxury of allowing me to actually lift my head and take in some of the scenery instead of being on a constant pot-hole watch!
