I trust the Reedtz brothers have made a good appointment here. He's worked for Football Radar, so it is no surprise that he's been appointed.

He appears to have plenty of experience in recruiting players. It's important that the owners have someone that they can trust to take Notts to the next level.

I assume that a Head of Football is similar to a Director of Football regarding remit & duties.

It's great that Stuart will have the support he needs as the season comes to a close & the important job of assessing the squad & possible incomings & outgoings begin.

I wish Roberto luck in his new position & look forward with interest to what he will give to the Club.

Once again the brothers have caught us unaware, this was a complete surprise I’ve not seen any hint of this happening.

I love the way the go about their business quietly and pull a rabbit out of the bag, I’m sure this will be a great appointment in the best interest of our club.

i think they are thinking ahead because they hope we can maintain the form to get promoted. the appointment sense to give him the chance to get familiar before the next window causes a rush in terms of talking to players. really the club could appoint anyone and i think the majority would do the role well because they will be following a solid blue print given to us by the reedtz.

welcome to meadow lane, roberto gagliardi.

I think everyone felt like someone currently working at Football Radar would just come in but on paper Roberto seems to be a very good replacement for Richard Montague.

He's got lots of EFL experience and having worked at Football Radar previously too he'll be very familiar with the data-driven approach that has seemingly served us incredibly well so far!
