A name from our past

For those who remember John Chiedozie will have noted that a J. Chiedozie got on the score sheet for a non league side (can't remember who) against Mansfailed with an absolute screamer. It was in fact John's son Jordan nice to see that name in football again.

He being Jordan was on the books of Bournemouth as a kid, it would be nice to see that name at Notts again if he is good enough

Colin raved about the goal, if he's any good sign him up.

Nice to see John Chiedozie's son scoring again our friends out of Nottingham. Nice that his goal earned 'em a replay! The Stag fans better go and support Mansfield, as I think it would be respectful.

A field where dreams become reality.

What a goal, he made up for his small error (when running) and he even struck the ball without much of a look.

This is CLASS!!

What a perfect shot, stunner! His father had a knack for scoring breathing goals!!

Is he any good @Northants Pie? I am surprised he did not make it at bournemouth judging this.

What you have to remember about any academy is that the players that are brought through have to be just as good if not better than the current incumbents of that position and one strike doesn't justify his ability to perform at Championship level, I can't say I can overly remember him but i'll have to ask a couple of scouts that way to find out  :)

For those who have never seen John Chiedozie in the flesh or on video this is what he was all about

Read the description in the second video re the best goal ever scored at Kenilworth Road, his son's got a long way to go to ever beat this one.....

We could do with John now!

Speed is this league is a very useful tool, as some players will know in the Premiership. If you can run, generally you should be good enough to draw fouls. Jack Grealish did this for us last season and it was brilliant to watch.
