Morning all, my holiday ramblings have finished so the daily thread is back :clapping: I'm sure you are all excited about that.

Today is a day of catching up for me, emptying the van, sorting the washing, catching up on emails, snail mail etc. and of course most important ITS MATCHDAY :clapping: so later I will be popping down the lane to see the rampant magpies demolish Creepy Crawley (or not)

What has the day got in store for you? Let us know.

Its the usual school run and housewife duties for me. I'm running out of things to do whilst they are all at school and getting quite bored now. As for after school, its all based around the kids.

After the groceries were delivered and I stored them away this morning I went to The Mary Potter Centre for a bio-mechanical examination of my feet and lower legs. This turned out to be a load of questions relating to my lower limbs and an examination.I've been referred back to my doctor as the podiatrist thinks I have torn  or ruptured something in my leg.So I'm left waiting to hear from my GP before returning to the podiatrist in November,so still in the treatment room.

I didn't go tonight, I woke up feeling bad again and through the day I felt like the flu is coming on.

Really concerned at one point but it's fuelling my desire to get back on track. To be honest, I haven't done as much as I could have done today but then again I am trying to take it easy. I sent the programme notes to the media team for the OSA's section, I've nailed the majority of content for the next two additions and I'm trying to use the time I have now to start planning, not just for them but for PON etc.

Once I feel better, I really want to roll on and live a healthier life.

my problems go back to last years holiday when the symptoms first appeared due to pushing @[member="GrannyPie"] around before she became motorised.I soon recovered after a short rest but the problems have worsened as this year has progressed.

Regarding this years holiday,it wasn't much fun the last few days for most of our group.
