Jesus, if Fullarton is the manager, who's his assistant gonna be? Kev from down the pub?

I don't think you will find many people that HATE Ray Trew, but I think you'll now find a lot of people that can see the poor job he is doing in hiring/firing managers. I hope to be proven wrong, but history often repeats itself.

but a lot of people may start to hate him if Fullerton manages to slip us in the bottom 2 that's for sure

I hope he does shock us all tho and next year we go up but I just wish people would stop thinking he's the next Eddie Howe like Leigh Curtis.

In my opinion Eddie Howe is a football knowledge guy seems to understand it so easily and make it look easy but that's just Eddie Howe and we'd be lucky to find a manager half as good as him

Lets just hope the players are not so underwhelmed as the fans with this appointment.

can you imagine the players there gonna be like who's this

I just hope he has the balls to drop smith and Carroll and stead at times and play Curtis Loach an Spencer even lazy players like Burke

Posted

Of course the players will be laughing all when he tries to get them motivated if he follows his previous pattern at other clubs, which he will.

Why can't we just have the manager that we can all see we need??

It is hilarious that within an hour of his appointment ex players have come out and publicly slated him

Posted

it's more hilarious if players are slating him why the hell didn't the club look into his background of bust ups incidents etc.

I mean if the things he has done are true such as make players stand on one leg and kick balls at them an apparently one ball broke a players nose.

Imagine winding up Carroll smith noble McLeod

1 Carroll would probaly grab him

2Noble will nut him

3 smith would go mental

4 McLeod will want to leave straight away

i mean there may be a lot of issues straight away and the players will not be impressed if they have done there research which surely they will have

He will fail, we will need an experienced manager AGAIN, AGAIN we will get the cheap outside the box manager that wont last more than 9 months, AGAIN we will follow the same path.

Its all getting a bit long in the tooth if you ask me

One question I want asked, but no one will as if they do they will be banned from Meadow Lane is, SO Ballbag what League 1 & League 2 experience do you have? Again Ballbag, why did you get sacked from Bolton Wanderers?, and finally Ballbag why have you just been Dougie Freedmans sex slave throughout your coaching career?

Does anyone know the length of contract? It seems a glaring omission, or I'm  being blind. Back when Moniz was appointed, it clearly stated a 3 year contract.

Hopefully it's a 6 month deal and we can get rid of him at the end of the season. A stop gap if you will. Better still, it's a stop gap because Ray has new owners lined up. Or maybe I'm trying to look on the bright side of things...

I keep hearing these takeover talks seems strange.

How he'd appoint someone so cheap be nice if someone was takin the club over with a big bank balance an a footballing brain

We generally give our managers 3 years @Super_Danny_Allsopp. We believe in stability, after all.

That's a stop-gap if true then.

If we were only having a stop-gap, we'd have appointed Halsall and Dryden until the end of the season. There's no need at all to appoint from outside if you're doing that.

All we can do is give him a chance

I think it's time to get the tin hats out and wave goodbye to Stanley Aborah & Graham Burke and any chance of football. Effective football only means one thing, hoof it into the stratosphere ala Derry & Abbott then hope for a lucky mistake from the opposing players.

You are assuming there is someone with an ounce of common sense doing the hiring.

We both know that's not true.

It is and deep down I hope he drags our great club into the championship and beyond but I JUST WISH HE'D ANSWER A FOOKING QUESTION DIRECTLY.  What is so wrong with giving someone an answer to a question they have asked not talk about some utter boll0cks and skirt round the question. Sh1tebag from the start with his answers.

Boy I miss Ricardo's directness

sorry I disagree Stanley has been by far our most best player technically 5x better then this lot he could easily demand a fee  Burke I agree should leave
