I echo the sentiments that I and @tonyhateley have.....

Be careful what you wish for when you hound a manager out

they had 11 shots on target and 11 corners....wow, we had 2 shots on target and 3 corners......sounds like we were given a lesson in attacking football?

Wimbledon have really impressed me. Neal Yardley is doing really well with a small budget. A fine example of what club should be.

As for Notts, well I don't want to depress myself even further. JF is not at fault here. If anything he's as much a victim of poor decision making as the fans are, Notts supporters deserve better.

In his interview Fullarton probably took files full of info on how to do this and how to do that....,,.all the inteviewers had to ask was ' are you going to play players in their correct positions?' If the answer was no he should have been shown the door without anymore questions.

Terrible though it sounds...glad I didn't go today.

Rapidly losing interest after the appointment.

I forgot to send the tin hats and neck braces for the hoofball we played

Honestly I would love to know why we sacked Ricardo and replaced him with who we have.

At leasr with Ricardo we would have drilled sh!te teams like Wimbledon and played some fecking FOOTBALL doing it.

A new exposure to me to see Notts fans and their reaction...and it appears that it's feast or famine ... A disappointing result today against a team in form .., I'll be down to Meadow Lane shortly to see my first game but stay positive folks ... Poor result today but only 14 days in ... Let's not go mental yet !... But some will ....,,

BTW  obviously it's ok to play what some very long attending fans have called the worst football they have seen.

You must be on the same stuff as our chairman when he appointed him

Funny .. On my first post I was his dad ?

all I'm saying is that it's two games .. Surely the Notts fans are OK for more than 14 days for a new manager ?

No not when we have to put up with the worst display in the clubs history!

This is made all the worse after having seen some brilliant attacking football under Ricardo

Surely you have to give someone a period to make their mark ??

A lot of Notts fans were shouting for John Sheridan as the new Notts boss ?  ... How did Oldham do today ?? Should he now be sacked ?

Relax and give the lad a chance is all I'm saying .., and no .. I am no relation to him

How predictable, come on who didn't see that coming? So frustrating but oh so predictable. We're a bang average side. Let's just get enogh points to guarentee safety and brush this embarrassment of a season under the carpet.

How do you relax when you pay good money that most work damn hard for to watch utter crap?

A formation that was 8-0-2 and yet we still concede two?

Playing people out of position was Ricardo's undoing yet this clown just took that to a whole new level.

We are blessed with some extremely good attacking players and they are in the most part not even in the squad? Combine that with two centre forwards whose strengths have always been on the floor and we hoof hopeless, aimless long balls in their general direction.

We were unbelievably lucky against Crawley and it just showed how much today.

Teams always reflect how their manager played, I don't really need to say much more do I.

Based upon that what are your reasons to give the lad a chance?

Dull, Boring, Dour, I can't remember being so bored at a Notts match, and that saying something! Players being played out of position, totally outplayed, if that's what we have got to look forward to under Fullerton, god help us!

Mainly because he has been at the club for 2 weeks ........

Surely the point of having Dryden as his assistant at the moment ( and for that I mean Ray Trew as I'm of the opinion that the club want certain control over the on the field action and this may have concerned MUCH better and MUCH more experienced managers in the past when going for the job) to say ...

"Look Jamie. Massive squad. Lots of players for each position. Ricardo didn't keep players in their natural positions and we were found out most games even though the attacking promise was good. Sort out a solid back 4 then build from there, but it might be a good idea to play a centre back as a centre back."

What has he achieved in those two weeks other than to undo all of the good we had rather than adding to it.

Effective and attacking was what he said, love to know who thinks either game could have either attributed to it

Ratings:

Carroll - 6 Should have caught rather than punched on a few occasions.
Milsom - 6 Stuck to his task well
Hewitt - 5 positioning sense, not that I noticed
Hollis - 4 lumbering non performance
Atkinson - 4 Dead ball disaster, defensively better
Campbell - 3 wondered was he playing at times, as Elite says, a passenger for most of the game
Adams - 3 should have scored with that header, but for the people on here shouting for Adams return, well he gave a very poor performance. Creativity zero
Thompson - 6 Full of energy but lost the ball too often, one of which cost their second goal
Bennett - 4 defensively OK but when you need creativity as well, fell at the first hurdle
McLeod - 6 thought for the first time, he was fighting for the cause and should have scored.
Stead - 4 held the ball up but lacked the pace to create.

Noble - 5 OK but too late to influence match
Murray - 4 Squandered great chance within minutes of coming on. Just not sharp enough.

Wimbledon didn't impress me at all was just route one all game and Elliot builed and fouled and swong his arms elbows about but fair play it worked for him.

But Jesus Christ we looked happy to sit back from 0-90min I couldn't tell if we was at home or away why is everyone obsessed with playing players out of natural postions?

Wimbledon are a big standard league two squad tall physical and powerful route one all day if it works great but they weren't fantastic we made them look like Barcelona we never threatend.

we never passed the ball on the floor 90 mins all we did was lump it up and didn't anyone on the pitch with a damn brain think oh there winning all the headers?

Well genuises how about playing it on the damn floor pass move pass move pass move its stuff u learn at under 10s football how do these clowns earn a living

Sorry but it's not whoever gets sacked it's who's appointing them sorry but we looked set up as if we was playing away from home today if that's the plan God help us I can't write what I really think as you'd have to cut half of it out due to bad language.

PS Hewitt is not a damn centre back Bennett is not a damn central mid he hid litreally the whole game oh Campbell is okay but he has been builed to bits today not a single player had any balls about them.

To be fair I can only say Curtis well done he ran an ran and tried to go forward an pass the ball the rest pathetic stead you ain't a striker no touch no aerial threat no pace.

Blair Adams were was ur success at Mansfield Left back Boss okay il play you left mid yea another genius move.

Next managerial appointment pick someone from the god damn stands at least people would play in there damn correct decisions moniz never played people in the postions neither is this bloke.

That was a relegation squad today simple as that we didn't hardly play in there half we was set up to defend all game

Don't forget though, we both have it all wrong.

It only matters what complete tripe you can speak in an interview.

Apparently this clown is in the same coaching bracket as Brendan Rogers and Sean Dyche....

Need we or anyone say any more?

Well @ Northants Pie unfortunately has summed it up rather well. I travelled back on the tram to Clifton with a guy from Shrewsbury and his son...he was a "secret shopper" testing our Family Stand ambiance for the Football League. His view that Notts should be "VERY WORRIED". My worse fears of a negative midfield set up brought back nightmares of Paul Hart and Keith Curle's tenure. Wimbledon were streets ahead of us in terms of know how and the easy ability to create openings. A 0-5 scoreline would not have been amiss.

On Radio 5, in the car,  a Man Utd supporter said he was paying good money "to be entertained". Well we got a "paint dry" performance. What was worrying, is that he waited to 70 minutes to even attempt to change it. It was crying out for change at half time. What would Valencic be thinking? If he can't get on in this game to create something, I hold my head in shame.

We were led to believe Jamie prepared with meticulous detail for each game. He got this wrong big time. I feel utterly ashamed. Some people said there was passion, well I didn't see the fight to do or die ( only from Curtis and Milsom). I refuse to pay money to Luton for next week. Harsh but words of truth need to be spoken.

To end with the words of Monty Python, He's not the Messiah, he is a very naughty boy.

My view of the complete shambles we’ve just witnessed:

Carroll 6* - a few decent saves, looked dodgy with his desire to punch rather than catch.
Atkinson 5 – never looked comfortable, regularly sliced open.
Hewitt 5 – never looked comfortable, regularly sliced open.
Hollis 5 – never looked comfortable, regularly sliced open.
Milsom 5 – never looked comfortable, regularly sliced open.
Campbell 4 – a passenger for much of the game, created nothing.
Thompson 5 – ran around a bit , lost the ball too often
Bennett 4 – looked hopelessly lost in midfield.
Adams 5 – a few good moments but as many bad ones.
Stead 5 – tried but got no sort of service.
McLeod 5.5 – offered what little goal threat we had.

Noble 5.5 – brought on far too late to change anything.

Murray n/a

That was as bad as it gets, and the scoreline flatters us hugely. Bizarre team selection, hopelessly ineffective formation, but Fullarton can only take half of the blame for this mess. The players need to take a long hard look at themselves, as they were completely outfought from start to finish. Did we have a midfield? I didn’t notice one. It was as if Wimbledon had two extra players on the pitch – always a man in space when they had the ball, always closed down by two or three of their players when we had the ball. They must have won 90% of the challenges, it really was men against boys. The fact that the ref needed a guide dog didn’t even seem to matter.

Another point which I missed, how come we did not identify their number 9 when he was available? A class above Izzy and a free transfer, I may believe.

It's my bet that the players have lost the will to live and want away if they have to play for him, unfortunately for us it is reflecting in their performances
