As we still wait for the monorail...well perhaps the tram can get routed to Meadow Lane in the future

I wouldn't read all that much into the whole 'appeal', I think the wider community played a part in promoting this but only a single person gains credit (probably because it is what he seeks).

It's good news though.

Good to see them named on a tram, but it would be nice to see everyone who helped it happen credited or at least just saying "thank you to all that helped".

I think its great they are honouring our heros, they always talk about the forest heros but forget there are two teams in Nottingham, the worst one was the Brian clough statue in the market square

If we could have established ourselves like Everton have done, we might stand more chance of being seen in somewhat equal light but it's the same anywhere that holds two teams. My friend from Bristol, complains about City being the only club covered or mentioned - Rovers seem to be forgotten.

Nottingham isn't really a city which honours it's legacy, just look the DH Lawrence heritage centre.

how many notts fans do you think will refuse to travel on other trams now? waiting only for the jimmy and jack one.

im not riding the brain clough tram!

20 hours later, finally jimmy and jack! its a good thing, they should have made the original shortlist tho.

Multiple people make the appeal and campaigned, yet one person takes 'all' credit from somewhere he works alongside - that promote him as a saviour.

As I've said, its the 'community' around Notts, its not about liking him as a person.
