Liam Noble Interview

Just seen a tweet with a brief 30 second snippet from Nobsa and in it he states that JF did not want to speak to the under 24s, he would only speak to the experienced players.

Nothing like making you feel wanted!

Full interview is apparently this evening at 5:30 on Notts TV.

But he coached younger players, to which had supposedly had the most experience with.

If this is true, no wonder the team looked split under him. Half the players never looked to know what their instructions was, so how do they play if he doesn't speak directly to them? It just confirms he had little knowledge of how to manage in my opinion.

He didn't ever look like having man management skills. He came across as arrogant and it wouldn't surprise me that he didn't talk to the younger players as I would suspect he felt they were beneath him. Fullarton may well go in to be a good manager, just not of a football club

why are people now speaking out about him? it just makes the clubs decision to appoint him in the first place worse.

Well they could hardly speak out about him while he was still in charge! It just proves that anyone blaming aborah was wrong, its just pointless us knowing things now he's been sacked

How does it prove that?

What right do you have to tell me I'm wrong?  You're not my Granddaughter.

Well it proves Fullerton was abit of an idiot so if he doesn't talk to the under 24s and he doesn't pick and of the foreign/moniz players Aborah would naturally get annoyed after playing so much

So it proves absolutely nothing regarding the Aborah situation.  I doubt we'll ever get to know the full story on that one but my guess (and it's only a guess) is that the cause was:

50% arrogant, pig headed manager who was nowhere near as good as he thought he was.

50% arrogant, pig headed player who is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.

At least it's now sorted and hopefully Aborah will go on to prove me wrong regarding his ability.

What right do you have to tell me I'm wrong?  You're not my Granddaughter.

It does favour more Aborah over Fullarton.

Who remembers Mad Dog making Edwards train with the youth team? That created friction but was handled internally.

If you can be a jackass to youngsters, why would you not be towards others? He probably felt certain players wasn't his equal or good enough but if there is one thing this proves, HE was never good enough to manage NOTTS.

Fullarton's time should be laid to rest now.

I think we would all be in agreement on those two sentences!

For those who have not seen the video interview, you can do so here.
