Amazing how many fat people there is in the US......one day with me, killing and gutting chickens instead of driving to Walmart for his nuggets, and he will be asking for fruit and veg instead....hahaha

The thing about these shows is they want everyone to live like we believe celebrates do, when in fact they don't.

If you throw items away because they contain fat, then you really have to question the voice that's telling you to do so - It's all about a balanced diet and making sure you eat some food which is actually healthy. There's no denying the kid should probably cut down on his intake but taking everything any way, well they know it's going to cause problems and that makes good TV.

Let's hope Mark Cooper gets the balance right.
