We have appointed Debbie Irving as academy secretary, she was at Forest for years and is an extremely positive step forward for our academy, regarded by many in the game as the best at what she does, hopefully the first of many positive steps going to happen today

can you tell us a little more about her @Northants Pie?

sorry i tried googling but could not find much about her. what does she do exactly? why is she considered one of the best in the game? i dont mean to sound like a secretary position is not important but i do wonder why.

hope we get an academy manager with similar praise. welcome to ml debbie.
