I think this is kind of disgraceful, obviously I don't know if there is politics attached - such as him being selected when unfit or things like that.

Yet generally these types of situations are unfair to the paying fans, something which I feel the FA/Football League/Premier League should try to tackle by issuing fines or allowing clubs to do this themselves without being contradicted.

Money? Best friends with the manager? I would have subbed him or lectured him.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

What a waste of space! Quite a lot of space by the looks of it too.

Favourite comment on the Twitter thread where it was posted: Feed the Yak and he will score. Feed him too much and...

It turns out he had pulled his hamstring but watching him walk around, it brought back memories of the Notts team walking around looking disinterested through December haha, then Hardy and Nolan came and changed everything! ????

He would say that. He didn't look like he was limping to me and in any case if he was injured he would have waved at the bench to take him off. Also telling that he made no attempt to make himself available even when the ball was nearby.

You hear a lot about players "not working hard enough" in football, but in most cases it's more a case of players/teams being stuck in a negative rut. This player is genuinely bone idle.

@DangerousSausage yeah I hear what you're saying but they had used their 3 subs and wanted 11 players on the pitch not that Yakubu did anything..
