Kelvin Wilson wants Notts County return... Alan Hardy does not

Featured Replies

So Kelvin Wilson, now a free agent, told Notts TV that he always wanted to play for Notts County again...

But Alan Hardy swiftly closed the door on that one.

He's too injury prone for me and the negatives outweigh any positives.

There's a chance we could get one or two seasons out of him, whereby he could be a rock but his recent stats would suggest we may just end up throwing money down the drain. What do you think @BradtheMiller?

A field where dreams become reality.

Sorry to disappoint you guys but Wilson is an absolute DONKEY. Slow, always a good bet to either give away a penalty or score an OG, National League North at best.

it sounds like ah has only rejected it because he was rejected during the transfer window. seems a bit bitter, tho i bet he would not reject a player who was still 100% with wilsons experience.

Heard a return with Neil Lennon at hibs has not been ruled out ... nottingham born and breed so I'm guessing he would like to stay in Nottingham and I think he would do a good job for us.

I would like nothing better than to see him in a B&W shirt again, but if he is now injury prone and has lost his pace, I don't really see the point. We've signed too many players that have been past it in recent years and I would like to now see the focus on younger quicker players with more energy to go with the experience we already have.
