What is Jon Stead doing to be selected? He's been absolutely awful so far this season.

If he works hard in training it clearly is not enough, he looks like his legs have gone and just very slow.

Jon Stead is wishing he had gone to the USA.........come to think of it.....so do i....

Whilst I firmly believe Jon Stead will come good, and continue to score a decent amount of goals for us - currently he needs to take a break from starting.

He's one of those players that only responds, or proves a point when they are required to do so. His injury last season really has caused more issues, whilst the headlights of America don't help. He chose to stay here, so he really needs to motivate himself as right now I fail to see why he's even starting.

i wonder if stead knows hes coming to the age of retirement and that the move to the states would not been rewarding for him? i do not know, its hard to be annoyed with someone who tries and he does. i just dont think hes fit or has the legs. people should question nolan more imo.
