Based on '6' as a competent performance:

Collin 5.5 - routine saves, caught out with a couple of crosses.
Tootle 6 - looked generally competent.
Duffy 5.5 - never looked convincing.
Brisley 5.5 - as above.
Dickinson 6 - offered himself for a pass and got forward at times.
Hawkridge 4.5 - Struggled to get involved, didn't beat a player all afternoon.
Yates 4.5 - tried to get involved but very little went right for him.
Milsom 6.5* - wayward passes, but stuck at it and got his reward.
Grant 5.5 - frustrating afternoon, always on the periphery of the game.
Forte 6 - our most dangerous attacker but never looked like scoring, which summed us up.
Stead 4.5 - clumsy at times, another who struggled to get involved.

Alessandra 5 - no worthwhile contribution.
Hewitt 4.5 - poor passing, didn't offer much.
Ameobi 6 - at least posed a bit of a physical threat.

Very few players did enough to manage even an 'average' rating. A pity we put in such a poor performance in front of such an excellent crowd. I doubt many will be in a rush to repeat the experience.

On my mean of 5...

Collin 5 - At least rolled the ball out a couple of times, still not assured in dealing with crosses
Tootle 6 - well clipped ball in the end, best of the defence
Duffy 4.5 - Still showing glimpses of last season's errors.
Brisley 4.5 - Just OK, never feeling we have a dominant centre half
Dickinson 4 - Days like this, we miss Bola / Jones. Disappointing dead balls in the first half especially
Hawkridge 4.5 - Not one of his better days. He did struggled to be involved
Yates 4 - Couldn't cut out the ball carrier for FGR's goal. Overall, maybe his poorest performance to date
Milsom 4.5 - That booking could easily been a Red... Defensively OK. At least was there where it mattered in the dying moments of extra time
Grant 5 -  Needs to get involved more, just tends to drift out of games. The one player we have with any genuine class, unutilised
Forte 6 - Ran the channels well but says a lot about our midfield that most of his running was in vain.
Stead 4 - Glimpses of Jason Lee's legs have gone syndrome..There is still some class there but he is just not getting into the positions to hurt

Alessandra 5 - OK
Hewitt 4 - One terrible pass out for a throw in which followed a horrendous pass out from Right Back position, after he had done the hard bit in winning the ball.
Ameobi 5- One header which should have been on target. Vocally led the front line and caused a nuisance with his physical threat.

Collin - 6 he did okay but doesn't seem switched on enough to deal with the speed of the game

Tootle - 5.5 not really in the game and looked tired when he was

Duffy - 3 why is he still playing?

Brisley - 6 looked good when Duffy didn't go wandering and left him in no mans land

Dickinson - best of the back four for me, a good outlet all game and made two excellent recovering tackles

Grant - 3 didn't look interested

Hawkridge 4 - didn't seem to know what to do when he got the ball as there was so little movement in front of him

Milsom 8 - easily our best player, always wanted to get on the ball and looked to make things happen

Yates 0.5 - if thats what is being called a promising young player then I need to be shot. He runs like a farmer in the fields chasing sheep, can't mark, can't head a ball, can't pass & he gave them so much room in midfield you could have drove the goose fair through it

Stead - 5 why oh why do we keep insisting on whopping long hoofs up to him and expect him to do something with them, when we played it to his feet he did what he does best, brought other people into the game

Forte 7 - he tried to create something and ran his nads off chasing the aimless hoofs he and Stead had to deal with but with the style of play adopted by us he is never going to excel

Allesandra 5 - was never really given a chance to get into the game

Hewitt - 7 it was this substitution that brought us back into the game.

He gave our midfield the energy and spark it was missing from the start and Milsom knew this which allowed him  (Milsom) to get into forward positions more.

Still needs to concentrate on passing the ball better

Ameobi - 6 even with him on the pitch our aimless hoofs gave him little chance of competing, did very well when given the odd chance and his very presence pushed the defence back 15 yards

Nolan - 3 He needs to drop the forest lads after that shower yesterday and he needs to play Ameobi from the start as he gives our front line much meeded impact.

Harsh to blame "the forest lads for that performance. Most the team underperformed

When three of your midfield four don't turn up you're always going to be in for a tough afternoon. Apart from the start of the second half, we gave FGR too much space and time all afternoon. He might have had a bad game, but people need to cut Yates a bit of slack. He's 19 and the occasional off-day is part of the package with a loanee as young as that. He'll learn and we'll benefit from it.

Collin 6 - Played very well, he kept us in it at times when the defence was nowhere to be found.
Tootle 4.5 - Not his best game, but was okay going forward when he could manage to keep the ball in pass from easy passes.
Duffy 3 - Awful, out of position and constantly moaning at players when often it was his own fault.
Brisley 5 - By far the best defender, 5 is probably a little unfair because he was solid when clearing the ball and holding a defensive position.
Dickinson 4 - He could have cleared the ball for the goal, he's somewhat responsible for us conceding but he was very awkward throughout the game.
Hawkridge 4.5 - Not the right game for Hawkridge, FGR have tall and physical players and with others not stepping up it was harder for Terry but he tried.
Yates 3 - Awful in possession and terrible at defending, he was a weak link which the FGR's players quickly picked up on.
Milsom 5 - He tried to get Notts thinking, he worked quite hard and I'm pleased he scored because he was one of the reasons we managed to get the point.
Grant 4 - Difficult game for him, he's being man marked by multiple players - he just struggled to do anything.
Forte 6 - He worked hard, chased balls which nobody else would remotely bother and tried to cover the ball when players was too idle to make space. He looked our only threat!
Stead 3 - Very poor, just did nothing and again he's highlighted why he shouldn't be guaranteed a starting position.

Alessandra 5 - Worked the ball well at times, he tried to influence play but most of the players around him just didn't share the same ambition.
Hewitt 4 - He shouldn't have been brought on, he just looked out of it but I accept he tried.
Ameobi 4 - He had some good chances, but he looked uninterested and kinda idle at times. I'm hoping he's just not match fit!

Agree with most of ratings but galls me that Collin takes so long to release the ball at times and then it’s a big hoof which is no use as none of forwards available are suited to this style, plus by time released opposition back in position and organised whereas FGR keeper alert and released quickly to full backs who then moved or passed ball bypassing our midfield with ease

there was quite a few who i would fail to mark at all based on their effort alone.

Made me spit my tea out! Quote of the season so far!!

As far as the team goes, Duffy, Grant, Hawkridge and Yates were all awful, but I think Yates might just need a break as I think he has played nearly every game so far.

At half time whilst I took pictures, I told fans that I wanted to see Yates and Stead replaced at half time.

We had a line all the way through from Stead, Yates to Duffy who just made us seem like we was playing with a handicap. Problem is despite Duffy not being the right man for the captaincy (in my opinion) - he's not a very technical defender either.

Grant and Hawkridge failed to do much largely down to FGR. The three above just played extremely poor, and they lost their heads due to this.

Just watch him next game and let me know if this is an accurate description

They did (the team) but with the pivotal position Yates plays if he gets it wrong then the wingers get dragged into the centre of the pitch and then everyone drops off leaving the opposition loads of room, hence his mark.

I ahould have quantified the previous comment by including Duffy also.
