they look silly, i think spains is the worst tho because it borders ugly.

Spain's shirt is just awful, what's going on with the side?

If it was just red it would look quite nice actually.

It looks like it could have been a cool design had it seen more focus.

Spain's shirt is quite traditional in the scense of the pattern at the side of the kit.

Belgium's on the other hand looks like one of those fake kits PES would do to replicate what the official one looks like, it's quite poor and badly designed.
