Who should be number one.?

Featured Replies

I think Ross Fitzsimons will do well enough, but we need a backup that's good enough to rival him just in case. Branislav Pindroch has great kicking, but his positional play, awareness and overall keeping skills leave many questions.

Honestly, I feel we need some with experience who is happy to be backup but can get the best out of Fitzsimons and Pindroch.

A field where dreams become reality.

Pindroch is just awful, he doesn't seem able to catch anything.

Fitzsimons looked much better today, he made some great saves but he does seem a little static. I think he will grow into the role and will settle, though I agree with those who feel Notts should have a third keeper.

Ross Fitzsimons looked much better, he should have started.

I feel Branislav Pindroch should have featured more in the earlier friendlies but speaking to fans, nobody seems to rate him and he looked pretty awful against Leicester City. Their fans kept shouting chants about him being crap which might not have helped.

Fitzsimons will be fine but the club does need a solid backup.

Ross Fitzsimons will start, I don't think the club will sign another keeper but I feel its a risky move if true. Relying on Pindroch could cost the club and then these that bizarrely seem to rate him will soon bash the decision and the player himself.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Totally agree about pindroch mate if his confidence dips then that cause issues could he be number one if ross gets injured we do need another keeper I feel.

I have no idea.

Ross Fitzsimons looks capable but I have not seen him live or for 90 minutes. I have to say seeing the highlights I am concerned by how easy both keepers got beat by Derby and Leicester, some of which was very sloppy. They may play differently against a lower class, I suppose credit needs to be given for the level of opposition Notts played. Luton will be more of an indicator.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
