So Duffy limped off against Lincoln with what look like a leg injury coming to the bench later on with his leg in a supprt on his leg. 

So it looks like many fans who think Duffy should be dropped will now get him not out for a few games. The injury which is yet to be confirmed could well keep the skipper out. 

I think a team with so many issues could do with out more Injuries. 

 

 

i think its good and bad but nobody should take happiness from him being injured.

i hope it helps to sort out the defence but the squad lacks leaders and passion. they should do more team bonding activities and work harder to get out of this depressive slump.

Am I glad? No, I take no comfort from the injury. Nor am I pleased at all.

However I think it will highlight more clearly what he brings to the team and what mess he creates, maybe once Duffy can return if the injury does last whatever amount of games it takes for him to recover that he will come back stronger.

Giving Kevin Nolan the time to understand what he can do.

He has taken a lot of stick from fans regarding his performance of late but I would rather he be dropped than injured. I hope this time can used in a possitive way thought .. he isn’t a bad bloke to fair and I know that don’t matter when he plays but as the caption infer why he has come under fire .. let’s hope all is well with the injury and he will return soon

I don't know, if we had cover I wouldn't be bothered but at least Pierce Bird should get a chance or Ben Hall now.

He needed dropping but not due to injury, he has a part to play in this season and I hope he comes back stronger.

Some other players need a chance, hopefully this gives them one. Duffy can play well, but alot of the time he makes silly mistakes which costs us the game, along with the goalkeeper of course.

He seems a liability this season, I wasn't impressed with some of the things I watched last year but highlights don't give a full picture.
