The gaffers pre match press conference

So the gaffer took to the media room this morning and gave his pre match press conference.

Get the fans fired up, send the players out to fight and let history happen. Hopefully the greatest of great escapes!

I'll be honest, I didn't listen, but I imagine the post one defended his call to play too deep and invite pressure.

I can't wait to see him getting Notts to play attacking football.

i think he balanced things okay but most of what he says is the same thing each week.

He needs to be able to get his motivation across to the players more, it works some games and others completly fail. Its not his fault fully but they clearly arnt always listening.
