I'll be honest, I didn't listen, but I imagine the post one defended his call to play too deep and invite pressure.

I can't wait to see him getting Notts to play attacking football.

He needs to be able to get his motivation across to the players more, it works some games and others completly fail. Its not his fault fully but they clearly arnt always listening.
