CCJ against Notts

Featured Replies

It's a bad sign because it's such a small sum.

CCJS: https://www.gov.uk/county-court-judgments-ccj-for-debt

"You may get a county court judgment (CCJ) or high court judgment if someone takes court action against you (saying you owe them money) and you do not respond ... If you get a judgment, this means that the court has formally decided that you owe the money."

So basically someone has claimed money they owe from the club, hasn't got a response and has turned to the county court for confirmation that the money is owed.

Alan Hardy won't be the last owner to refuse paying people, however, it could be a bill which has gone unnoticed - I won't read too much into it.

If there's a risk of losing further from the sale, I would have thought smaller fees would be paid.

Let's just hope that happens.

A field where dreams become reality.

Everything is bad if people wish to view it like that, I am of the mindset that all this will be sorted.

I cannot see for the life of me an owner running the club and all of his assets into the ground, someone will come forward to takeover but they might just be waiting on obtaining this at a better price. The pressure that grows, the less it favours the seller.

Alan Hardy seems to be petty with some of the payments due, he built them up and he should pay. I dread to think what else could be hidden or unknown.
