Delroy is one of the 6 men arrested in connection with the betting syndicate investigation.

I hope this has nothing to do with any of ours. Whoever, a lifetime ban, should suffice.

Denying the fans of an honest and open game is the biggest crime of them all.

He should have been arrested for impersonating a professional footballer! Crikey, he was soddin' useless - in the Crow, Chillingworth, White, "Scuffit", Akinbiyi & Dadi mould. To be fair, he was marginally better than any of that bunch!

Amazing development, apparently corruption, even in lower League football, is increasing all over Europe - heard some stuff on the radio today, Russian criminal gangs involved etc. it was fascinating yet disturbing to hear.

Wasn't Facey involved in some incident in Huddersfield a few years ago, then it was put down to "mistaken identity"? Seem to remember he was taken to a Police station along with a mate then they got released, that all sounded highly dubious at the time tbh.

I always liked Delroy, very friendly player and he tried.. Yet this would now explain all his unbelievable misses! Always saw him as a second striker or winger myself, if he's found guilty it could mean the end to his special day! I hope his biggest fan doesn't read papers!

It will be interesting to see which games were fixed. Disgraceful if true! Fans pay good money out and don't deserve to be cheated.

hopefully not whilst he was at notts!

rubbish player by all accounts, tho its sad to read this.

He's not the only ex-Notts player.

Sodje is seen of video (search it on youtube) admitting and discussing match fixing. Cristiano Montano, who had a loan spell with us, is also seen to be involved.

Tip of a rather large iceburg I think. Sodje - Facey - Montano, surely they were all discussing it while at Notts?

I don't think they were all at the club at the same time were they?

Rodders will get the blame for these signings, it would be concerning if anyone knew about this scandal. Just think about if more get dragged into it, especially a 'manager'. This could be a snowballing type thing, like Jimmy's police probe (if only they did probe him while alive).

Surely to god, this couldn't be any part of the off field reason for getting rid of MA?

I only ask due to the links with DJ Campbell, and if I am right he has also managed some of the others

It does make you wonder.

News just in:

The players accused of match fixing have said they are 100% innocent and are hoping to be available for their team's score draw this weekend.

D J Campbell had a loan spell at Derby too.

He must of done this after seeing the odds on him joining and thought 'signing on bonus'.... haha
